2021 Season
Made 20 relief appearances, posting a 0-2 record and a 4.44 ERA in 24.1 innings with 14 walks, 39 strikeouts and an .195 opponent batting average … outstanding relief outing at Texas A&M (May 21), allowing no runs on one hit in in 3.2 innings with no walks and four strikeouts … worked final two innings of LSU’s win over Alabama on May 16, allowing one run on one hit with no walks and three strikeouts … pitched 2.1 relief innings in March 27 game at Tennessee, allowing one run on two hits with one walk and three strikeouts … excellent SEC debut vs. Miss. State (March 21), striking out the first four batters he faced – all three hitters in the 7th inning and the first hitter of the 8th inning … 1.1 scoreless innings vs. Southeastern Louisiana (March 16) with one hits, one walk and three strikeouts … also recorded three strikeouts in one relief inning vs. UTSA (March 13) … worked two scoreless innings vs. Oral Roberts (March 6), allowing no hits, one walk and four strikeouts.

The No. 28 ranked player in the country by Perfect Game and Perfect Game’s seventh-highest ranked player to go to college … rated by Perfect Game as the No. 1 ranked RHP in the state of Georgia … voted the 2019 Class 7AA Georgia Player of the Year, and he earned first team all-state honors in 2017, 2018 and 2019 … posted a 3-0 mark in the shortened 2020 season with 19 inning pitched, 40 strikeouts, a 0.00 ERA and a .018 opponent batting average … recorded a 10-1 mark in 2019 – 61 IP, 127 strikeouts, 0.57 ERA, .058 opponent batting average … also a three-year letterman in basketball at Rockmart High.
