LSU Athletics tickets will be distributed through mobile delivery and accessed by ticketholders through digital wallets on smartphones. The move to mobile ticketing allows for faster delivery of tickets to fans, contactless transactions at gates and more flexibility for ticketholders.

Downloading from Email

Step 1

Click on the link in your email from tickets@lsu.edu.

You will receive an email from tickets@lsu.edu with the subject “Your LSU Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download”. Click on the link for the game you want to add to your phone.

Step 2

Tap to save your tickets to your smartphone. Tap the button to add your
tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access.

Step 3

If you choose Apple Wallet, just tap ‘Add’. Tap the ‘Add’ button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. On event day, your iPhone will notify you on your home screen with a quick access notification icon. Your ticket can be found in your Wallet app on your iPhone.

For Google Pay, just save to your phone. Tap ‘Save to phone’ and your pass will save to your Google account. You can access your ticket(s) in the Goggle Pay App on event. Your ticket can be found in your GPay app on your phone.

Transfer Tickets via Mobile

Login to your account at LSUsports.net/myaccount

Click “Start A Transfer” located at the bottom of the screen under My Tickets.

Select the game you are transferring tickets from, and then select the tickets you are wanting to transfer. Click “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the cell phone number of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to. Click “Review Transfer” at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have reviewed that the recipients phone number and ticket information are correct, click “Transfer Tickets” at the bottom of the screen.

You will see a confirmation screen once the transfer has been sent. The recipient will have 48 hours to accept the transfer, if sent via your mobile device.

Accept Tickets Transfer via Mobile

How to Accept Transfer From Mobile:

You will receive a text message from (323) 402-6731 saying that your friend is sending you tickets. Click on the link in the text message to accept.

If you already have an LSUtix.net account, sign in as a Returning Online Customer using your email address/Account Number and password.

Click on the icon to Add to Your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Click “Add” to save to your Apple Wallet or “Save” to save the ticket to your Google Pay Account.

Transfer Tickets via Desktop

Login to your account at www.LSUsports.net/myaccount

Click on “My Account” on the top menu, then “Manage My Account” on the dropdown menu.

Click on the “Transfer” button under “My Tickets”.

Games with tickets available for forwarding will be listed. Check the box for the game of your choice. Click on the “Next” button.

Check boxes next to each ticket you would like to forward. Under the “Transfer Recipient” section, fill in the information of the person you will be forwarding your tickets to (case sensitive). Click the “Next” button at the button of the screen.

Confirm the information listed on the Transfer Review screen is correct, and then click the “Yes, Make Transfer” button.

If you would like to forward additional tickets, click on the “Go Back to Account” button at the bottom of the screen, and repeat the transfer process. If you are finished, click the “Logout” button near the top of the screen to log out of your account.

When transferring from your computer, the recipient has 24 hours to claim the tickets and accept the forward invitation. Once the tickets are accepted, rejected, or go unclaimed you will receive an e-mail. When the tickets are accepted by the recipient, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated and the tickets are no longer valid.

Important Notes: When forwarding tickets from your computer, tickets cannot be forwarded again.

Accept Tickets Transfer via Desktop

How to Transfer From Desktop:

Step 1

Ticket forwarding recipients will receive an email from tickets@lsu.edu with the subject line “LSU Ticket Forwarding Invitation.” Once you find and open this email, click on the “Accept” link at the bottom of the email to proceed.

At the bottom of the screen, enter in the email address from which you received the invitation and click “Accept”.

If you already have an LSUtix.net account, sign in as a Returning Online Customer using your email address/Account Number and password.

If you do not have an online ticketing account, you must create one by clicking “Register” in the New Online Customer section and filling in your contact information.

Step 4

Once you are logged in to your account, the forwarded tickets will appear in your shopping cart. Select the Delivery Method which you would like the tickets delivered and click “Check Out”.

On the Enter Payment screen, click “Place Your Order” in the lower right hand side. There is no payment required, but you must click this button for the transfer to process.

If you select mobile delivery, you will receive an email from tickets@lsu.edu with the subject line “Your LSU Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download”. Click on the link and then add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

If you select Will Call, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Ticket Office either during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or prior to the game on game day.

Sell Your Tickets via SeatGeek

Why are we moving to mobile ticketing?

How do I access my tickets?

There are 2 options to access tickets: via My Account 2.0 and via a link in an email.

My Account 2.0: Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at LSUsports.net/myaccount. Your tickets will be listed under My Tickets. Tap each one and add them to Google Pay or Apple Wallet.

Email: An email will be sent that will contain a link to access the tickets. Open the email on your smartphone and tap the link to access the tickets and add them to Google Pay or Apple Wallet.

With either option, your tickets will stay with you on your smartphone. Simply open your digital wallet prior to approaching the gate and then the tickets will be scanned directly from your smartphone at the gate.

What is My Account 2.0?

My Account 2.0 is the enhanced online mobile ticket account manager at LSUtix.net which can also be accessed at LSUsports.net/myaccount. This upgrade will enhance the user experience and provide a more intuitive self-service feature. Season ticket holders will be able to use their smartphone to view upcoming events, download tickets to their digital wallet, transfer tickets to multiple recipients via text message, and post tickets for resale on SeatGeek.

Can I use mobile tickets if I do not use a smartphone?

A smartphone is required to use mobile tickets. If you do not own a smartphone, but someone you are attending the game with does, you can use that person’s smartphone to access your tickets to enter the stadium. If you do not own a smartphone, nor does anyone in your party, please contact the LSU Ticket Sales and Services team at (225) 578-0100 to discuss alternative options.

Can mobile tickets be downloaded onto a desktop computer or printed out on paper?

No, mobile tickets printed on paper cannot be scanned and therefore will not be accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a smartphone are the only acceptable tickets at the gate.

When will tickets be available on My Account 2.0?

Tickets will not be viewable on your account until closer to the start of the football season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket holders with the exact date and time their tickets will be available online.

What if I lose or delete my ticket delivery email?

Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at LSUsports.net/myaccount. Once logged in, you will find all of your active tickets for the season listed under “My Tickets”.

What if my guest(s) and I are arriving at different times?

If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guests to arrive at your own convenience. Via My Account 2.0, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter their cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept the tickets. They will need to log into their LSU account or simply create an account for new customers to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the ticket to their phone.

Can I have multiple tickets on the same device?

Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone’s digital wallet. We highly encourage that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.

What if I have connectivity issues on game day?

Before arriving at the game, download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once the tickets are downloaded, connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access your tickets. The Ticket Office is working on a plan to assist fans on game day. Updates will be made to this page, so please check back for more information.

What if I lose my smartphone or my battery dies on gameday?

Fans are encouraged to make sure their phones are fully charged before arriving to campus. LSU Athletics is working on a plan to assist fans on game day in the event that their phone battery dies. Updates will be made to this page, so please check back for more information.

How will parking work?

A formal announcement regarding parking passes will be made closer to the start of football season. Season ticket holders will be emailed with more information at that time.
