How to Accept Transfer From Mobile:
When transferring from your computer, the recipient has 24 hours to claim the tickets and accept the forward invitation. Once the tickets are accepted, rejected, or go unclaimed you will receive an e-mail. When the tickets are accepted by the recipient, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated and the tickets are no longer valid.
Important Notes: When forwarding tickets from your computer, tickets cannot be forwarded again.
How to Transfer From Desktop:
If you select Will Call, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Ticket Office either during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or prior to the game on game day.
