Cancellation Policy

Reservations are considered to be canceled 15 minutes after the reservation time if no one is playing on the reserved court. Court reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel 12 hours in advance will automatically charge the member(s) account for the applicable court fees.

Check-In Procedures

All members and non-members must sign in at the front desk. Credit cards only. No cash is accepted.

Shoe & Attire Policies

Proper court shoes with non-marking soles are required. Proper attire is required at all times. Staff reserves the right to refuse court usage if players do not adhere to these policies.

Court Access

Only players with reservations, their guests, and LSU Athletics Department approved coaching-staff are allowed to access courts. Spectators are invited to watch lessons and matches from stadium seats. All children are the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Unsupervised children are not allowed in the Tiger Racquet Club. Children who are not playing tennis are not allowed on courts.

Coaching Policy

Only LSU Athletics Department approved coaching-staff and student-athletes are allowed to give lessons at the Tiger Racquet Club. All other lessons are prohibited. The only exception is an adult member working with their child or spouse. Feeding balls to someone other than your child or spouse is considered teaching a lesson. Violators will be asked to refrain from further coaching. A second violation will result in removal from the facility. A third violation will result in revocation of membership and/or denial of future access to the facility.

Facility Property & Basic Requirements

The following requirements must be adhered to at all times. Any violations may result in removal from the facility, and/or restriction from future use.
• Facility property shall not be removed from the facility.
• No pets are allowed; service animals are allowed if they have been validated at the desk before access to the Tiger Racquet Club.
• No skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or other non-tennis equipment or activity are allowed on courts.
• No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products are allowed.
• No climbing on the furniture, fences, or nets is allowed.
• Possession of a firearm on tennis complex property is strictly prohibited.
• Use, sale or possession of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances is prohibited.
• Any threatening verbal or physical behavior and offensive or obscene language are prohibited.
• No gum, candy, food, or drink is permitted on the courts except water in plastic containers.
