2023 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll
2024 Season
• Played in 61 games (39 starts), batting .222 (28-for-126) with nine doubles, one homer, 21 RBI, 27 runs and eight steals in 10 attempts … started 38 games in center field and one game in right field
• 4-for-9 in a five-game stretch (May 5-12) with two RBI, one run scored, two walks, three hit-by-pitches and a .643 on-base percentage
• Collected three doubles, three RBI and one run in Missouri series (April 19-21)
• As the Tigers’ lead-off hitter on April 16 vs. New Orleans, walked twice, recorded one steal and scored two runs
• Doubled in three straight games – vs. Vanderbilt (April 4 and April 6) and vs. McNeese (April 9)
• Collected four RBI, including a two-run single, in win at Rice (Feb. 28) … also produced two hit-by-pitches, one walk, one steal and a sacrifice fly in the contest
2023 Season
• Played in 57 games (22 starts) as a true freshman, batting .289 (26-for-90) with five doubles, two triples, four homers, nine RBI and 29 runs; made 21 starts in right field and one start in left field
• Appeared in 10 games of the NCAA Tournament, going 1-for-3 at the plate with two runs scored … played in three games of the College World Series and recorded a single in Game 2 of the CWS Finals vs. Florida (June 25)
• Suffered a hamstring injury on April 11 at Tulane; returned to action on April 29 vs. Alabama as a pinch runner and launched a solo homer vs. Alabama on April 30
• Batted .652 (15-for-23) during a remarkable seven-game stretch (March 4-12) with three doubles, one triple, three homers, six RBI and 13 runs
• 3-for-5 with a homer, three RBI and three runs in March 12 win over Samford
• Launched first career homer on March 6 vs. Butler, when he was 3-for-3 with a double and three runs scored
• Named to the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll as a sport administration major
High School
Voted the 2022 Gatorade Pennsylvania Player of the Year … posted a .566 batting average in 2022 with five home runs and 33 RBI as he led Central High School to a 27-0 record and the state title… ranked as the No. 6 overall high school prospect in the nation by Perfect Game … the No. 2 ranked player in Pennsylvania by Perfect Game for the Class of 2022; played in Perfect Game All-American Classic … member of the 18U USA National Team in 2021 … rated the No. 104 overall prospect in MLB’s draft rankings and the No. 51 overall prospect by Keith Law, the senior baseball writer for The Athletic.
