All-Big West Second Team…USA Baseball Collegiate National Team- International Friendship Series roster…Big West Pitcher of the Week (May 20)…Ranked seventh in the Big West with a 3.07 ERA…Finished the season with a 6-2 record in 14 appearances (9 starts) and one save…Led the Tritons in innings pitched (82.0) and strikeouts (85)…Took over as the Tritons’ Friday starter midway through the season…Ranked fourth in the Big West with a .190 opponent batting average and fifth in runs allowed (29), fifth in hits allowed (55), second in home runs allowed (2) and eighth in total strikeouts…Pitched the second complete game of the Division I era in a 4-1 victory over Cal Poly (May 17) to earn his first Big West Pitcher of the Week nod…Collected a season-high eight strikeouts three different times (Feb. 17, Mar. 29, Apr. 5)…Allowed one run or less in six of his 14 appearances.

UCSDTritons.com Athlete of the Week (Feb. 27)…Appeared in eight games, making seven starts…Finished with a 2-1 record and 4.34 earned run averaged…Collected 34 strikeouts with just eight walks in 29.0 innings pitched…Made his collegiate debut as the starter against Arizona (Feb. 20), pitching 5.0 scoreless innings and giving up just two hits with no walks and six strikeouts…Collected a season-high nine strikeouts against Long Beach State (March 19), pitching 6.1 innings and giving up just one hit with no runs.
