SOPHOMORE SEASON (2024)
Played in 20 matches and logged 759 minutes in the midfield… Thoreson delivered a clutch game-winning goal in LSU’s 3-0 road win at UMass Lowell…. She also recorded a season-high 72 minutes in the Tigers’ match against Arizona State… Finished the season with five shots on target.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023)
Did not play due to injury … received a redshirt.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2022)
Saw action in all 21 matches in her first season as a Tiger … Earned the start in 17 of those matches … Recorded a total of 1,240 minutes on the pitch with a season high of 90 minutes in the squad’s NCAA Tournament second round appearance on Nov. 18 against Florida State … Recorded 29 shots on the year and two shots on goal against Rutgers on Sept. 11 … Scored her first collegiate goal against Princeton … Lead the team in assists with nine on the year, good for fourth best in the SEC … One of the best freshmen in the country as she was named to Top Drawer Soccer’s Top Freshman list … SEC Academic Honor Roll member.
PRIOR TO LSU
Comes to Baton Rouge from Sweden … played the last three seasons for IK Uppsala, a professional club back in Sweden … played for IK Uppsala in 2019, 2020, 2021 … made over 50 appearances for IK Uppsala … played the 2019 season in the Damallsvenskan division, which is the highest level of women’s soccer in Sweden … scored five goals in 20 games played during the 2021 season.
