SENIOR SEASON (2010)
One of four Tigers to start in all 61 games and became the fifth player in program history to secure Louisville Slugger/NFCA First-Team All-American honors … Made 53 of her 61 starts at centerfield … Joined elite company of Tara Asbill, Ashlee Ducote, Stephanie Hastings, Leslie Klein, Trena Peel and Britni Sneed as only Tigers to earn multiple All-SEC First-Team picks … Paced team with a .410 (89-for-217) batting average to go along with three home runs and 30 RBIs … Her 89 hits on 29 multi-hit efforts were both second, while her .410 hitting clip was third for a single season in program history … Amassed 45 stolen bases to equal Dee Douglas’ single season mark from 1999 … Swiped multiple bags 11 times and recorded steals against every SEC team … Finished her career as LSU’s all-time leader in batting average (.417) and on-base percentage (.453) … Racked up 71 career stolen bases to tie for fifth place and notched 55 career multi-hit performances to share eighth place … Ranked among the SEC’s Top 12 in batting average (.410), hits (89), runs scored (50), stolen bases (45) and multi-hit games (29) in 2010 … LSU won 24 of 29 games when Shortridge compiled multiple hits … Tallied a 3-1 mark with a 2.17 ERA in eight pitching appearances …  Surrendered only one earned run in four of her six starts … Tossed her first seven-inning complete game as a Tiger and recorded six strikeouts limiting No. 21 DePaul to one run on three hits (Feb. 12) … Earned wins over Oklahoma State (Feb. 20) in addition to McNeese State (March 31) after firing four frames of no-hit relief with six strikeouts … Added two innings of one-hit relief against McNeese State (May 21) at NCAA Baton Rouge Regional … Slapped hits in 50 of 61 games highlighted by a pair of nine-game hitting streaks … Turned in a pair of 2-for-4 efforts against No. 19 North Carolina (Feb. 12 & 13) … Added three stolen bases against Virginia (Feb. 19) becoming first Tiger to reach that feat since Dee Dee Henderson and Jazz Jackson against Alcorn State during the 2007 season … Ripped a RBI single during LSU’s six-run fourth inning against Oklahoma State (Feb. 19) … Reeled off the first of two nine-game hitting streaks (Feb. 21-March 5) … Belted a two-run double in the sixth inning to cap LSU’s 4-1 win over Jacksonville State (Feb. 27) … Embarked on another nine-game hitting streak (March 6-20) … Opened run of seven straight multi-hit games at South Carolina (March 13-14) … Posted a 2-for-3 effort and added two runs along with a season-high three RBIs in game two followed by an epic 4-for-4 performance en route to matching a single game record with four runs scored during the series finale against the Gamecocks … Joined Kristin Schmidt and Emily Turner as only Tigers to earn USA Softball Player of the Week (March 16) … Was 3-for-4 with a RBI and two steals in the middle game of the Auburn series (March 20) … Matched a season-high with three RBIs against Nicholls State (March 23 & April 14) … Notched a trio of multi-hit games versus No. 8 Georgia (April 29-30) … Sparked a 5-3 comeback victory with a steal of home during LSU’s four-run sixth inning in game two … After going the entire regular season without a home run, blasted a two-run walkoff shot after a 3 hour and 30 minute rain delay to hand LSU a 2-1 quarterfinal win over Kentucky (May 13) at the SEC Tournament … Added a solo dinger as part of a 3-for-5 performance and two RBIs against No. 5 Florida (May 14) in the semifinals … Came away with a 4-for-11 mark with a homer and two RBIs at the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional (May 21-22) … Knocked a two-run homer during LSU’s four-run second inning against McNeese State (May 21) … Provided two of LSU’s five hits against Louisiana-Lafayette (May 22).

JUNIOR SEASON (2009)
One of four Tigers to start all 53 games primarily at centerfield … Racked up a .426 batting average to go along with three home runs and 23 RBIs … Ranked in the SEC’s Top 7 in hits (80), batting average (.426), multi-hit games (26) and stolen bases (26) … Her .426 average was second-highest, while the 80 hits were tied for eighth-most in program history over a single season … Totaled a 5-4 record with a 3.21 ERA over 15 appearances in the circle highlighted by marquee victories over College World Series participants No. 2 Alabama (March 18) and No. 9 Arizona State (May 16) … Allowed one hit over three innings and recorded four strikeouts in season debut against UAB (Feb. 5) … Fired four frames of three-hit relief in game two against No. 2 Alabama (March 18) … Reeled off 16.2 scoreless innings (April 22-May 16) that included a three-hit shutout performance over South Carolina (April 25) … Scattered two runs, one earned, on five hits and added four strikeouts in complete game victory over No. 9 Arizona State (May 16) … Hit safely in 43 of 53 games from leadoff spot … Knocked a leadoff home run and scored game-tying run in comeback victory at Hawai`i (Feb. 7) … Scored first run in new Tiger Park on a Jazz Jackson double against McNeese State (Feb. 11) … Knocked in game-winning RBI-single during sixth inning of a 4-3 win over No. 5 Texas A&M (Feb. 15) … Went 2-for-4 with four RBIs against UAB (Feb. 21) … Turned in a 3-for-5 effort in game one against Alabama (March 18) … Slapped go-ahead RBI-single in sixth inning of a 7-5 comeback victory during series finale at Mississippi State (March 22) … Strung together a season-best 11-game hitting streak (March 24-April 15) highlighted by nine multi-hit efforts … Was 5-for-8 with two RBIs in doubleheader against Southeastern Louisiana (April 15) … Cranked grand slam and finished with a career-best five RBIs in opening game of the South Carolina series (April 25) … Went a perfect 4-for-4 with a run scored in series opener at Auburn (May 2) … Hit safely in three of four NCAA Tempe Regional games, including a 3-for-4 effort with a pair of doubles against No. 9 Arizona State (May 17).

AT BAYLOR
Played in 59 games while starting 52 as a freshman at Baylor in 2007 … Made 34 appearances in the circle … Named Big 12 Conference Freshman of the Year in addition to All-Big 12 First-Team honors  … Ranked second all-time among freshmen in school history with 17 wins in the circle … Ended the season ranked first among freshmen and 12th in the Big 12 with a .340 batting average … Held opponents to a .211 batting average which placed her seventh in the conference … Posted 16 multiple-hit games on the season, third among Baylor players … Collected a season-high three hits on three occasions … Recorded a season-high three RBIs in the victory over Southern Miss (Feb. 9) to open the season … Had a pair of eight-game winning streaks in the circle, including one to start the season … Picked up wins over nationally-ranked opponents, UMass (Feb. 23), Florida (Feb. 24) and Texas A&M (May 5)… Had a season-high eight strikeouts against UMass … Win over Texas A&M clinched the Big 12 Conference regular-season title … Hit three home runs on the season, including the game-winning home run in the deciding game of the NCAA Waco Super Regional against Michigan (May 26) to propel the Bears to the Women’s College World Series.
