MISSION

We are very excited to kick off a new year of LSU Softball. The staff hopes to educate our student athletes to be the very best they can possibly be in all aspects of their life. We also aim to enhance their experience as student athletes at LSU in every way possible. Your support plays a significant role as we strike to achieve these goals every day. Your support has elevated us to five top 10 nationally ranked finishes in the last five years, which is tied for most in the SEC. The Diamond Backers have led the charge in making the Tiger Park atmosphere the absolute best in the nation. Your support has propelled us to break countless attendance records. We are fortunate to have the greatest fans in the nation, and we hope to provide you with another memorable year of LSU Softball.

Dear Tiger Fans,

On behalf of the entire LSU Softball program, I want to thank you for your dedication and enduring support of our Tiger softball players. Your commitment to our players and the vision this staff has for the program has propelled this program forward through the most challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The sports seasons that were held during the 2020 – 2021 academic year were unlike anything we could have predicted. We knew that we would face many hurdles, both the expected and unexpected, going into the 2021 season. Your resilience motivated us. Your support and cheers inspired us. Your dedication sparked us.

We are so fortunate to count on your support and encouragement every year, and this year will be no different. The support that you provide this program truly elevates and enhances the experiences we are able to provide for our student-athletes. We look forward to putting in the work this fall that is needed to provide you with the same captivating version of Tiger Softball you’ve all come to love.
