MISSION

We are very excited to kick off a new year of LSU Softball. The staff hopes to educate our student athletes to be the very best they can possibly be in all aspects of their life. We also aim to enhance their experience as student-athletes at LSU in every way possible. Your support plays a significant role as we strike to achieve these goals every day. Your support has elevated us to five top 10 nationally ranked finishes in the last five years, which is tied for most in the SEC. The Diamond Backers have led the charge in making the Tiger Park atmosphere the absolute best in the nation. Your support has propelled us to break countless attendance records. We are fortunate to have the greatest fans in the nation, and we hope to provide you with another memorable year of LSU Softball.

The passion and dedication of our fan base are unmatched, and your contributions play a significant role in the success of our team.

This season, we are excited to return 17 talented players from our 2024 roster, including two-time NFCA All-American pitcher Sydney Berzon and two-time NFCA All-Region infielder Danieca Coffey. We are also thrilled to welcome nine new faces to the team. With a mix of returning talent and fresh energy, we’re ready to take on the challenges ahead.

Our season officially opens on Friday, February 7, at Tiger Park with the Tiger Classic. It’s going to be an exciting year, and we can’t wait to see you there cheering on the Tigers.
