Fan Services & Policies

ADA PATRONS
ADA seating is located in the grandstand. Please contact the LSU Ticket Office for ticket exchange or availability.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Public address announcements other than birthday announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through LSU Police at (225) 578-3231. Fans may submit birthday announcements at the Guest Services Kiosk on the concourse behind home plate.

ARTIFICIAL NOISE-MAKERS
Southeastern Conference rules do not permit artificial noise-makers to be brought into or used in the stadium. Anyone found violating this policy is subject to ejection.

BANNERS, POLES AND SIGNS
Banners and signs may not be hung in Tiger Park except as approved by LSU Game Management. Approved banners and signs must be removed after each game. Poles are not permitted in Tiger Park.

BEVERAGE POLICY (ALCOHOL)
Beer and Wine will be sold in Public Seating Areas. A valid ID is required for each purchase. Service Limit—two per person. Sales end at the conclusion of the top of the fifth (5th) inning.

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted in Tiger Park for both fans and working news media. Video cameras are NOT permitted except for the working news media. Flash photography is not permitted during play.

CLEAR BAG POLICY | Details
Only CLEAR tote bags smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags or small handheld clutch purses (no larger than 4”x6”) are allowed. Items may not be stored at or near the entrances. All items left unattended will be removed and discarded. ALL bags will be searched.

FIRST AID
Acadian Ambulance personnel will be located in Section 202. If you need assistance or are with someone who does, contact the nearest law enforcement officer, or LSU Event Staff team member.

FOOD/BEVERAGE
Concession stands are located on the 1st and 3rd base sides of the concourse. Portable stands are located throughout the seating areas. No outside food or beverages are permitted in Tiger Park.

GAME PROGRAMS
Programs are available FREE of charge at the Guest Services Kiosk.

GUEST SERVICE KIOSK
The Guest Service Kiosk is located on the concourse behind home plate.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Per NCAA regulations, play will be terminated when lightning strikes are detected within a 8-mile radius of Tiger Park. If a game is delayed because of inclement weather a reasonable amount of time (not less than 30 minutes) must elapse before the game is called. If a game has been delayed due to severe weather, fans will be asked to exit the park and their ticket stub may be used for re-entry.

LOST AND FOUND
Items found during the game will be held in the Press Box until the game concludes then turned over to LSU Police. Items found during clean-up will be turned over to LSU Police at the Public Safety Building on South Stadium Drive. Call (225) 578-3231 to ask if your item has been turned in.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
For information on lost or stolen tickets, please go to the Main Gate Ticket Office or contact the LSU Athletic Ticket Office at (225) 578-2184.

MERCHANDISE | LSUshop.net
A merchandise store is located in Tiger Park on the concourse level behind home plate. It is open during LSU games only.

PETS
Pets are not permitted in Tiger Park with the exception of documented service animals.

SPORTSMANSHIP
The throwing of objects from the stands is strictly prohibited and is cause for immediate ejection. Also, fans may not go onto the playing field at any time before, during or after games.

SMOKING & TOBACCO USE
Smoking and the use of all tobacco products on the LSU Campus is prohibited. This prohibition applies to all individuals while on the LSU Campus, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, contractors, and visitors. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff, pipes, and chewing tobacco are not permitted.

STANDING DURING GAMES
LSU encourages fans to be courteous of other fans in choosing to stand during games. Spontaneous reaction to plays or significant events is expected and encouraged. Continued standing during game action when other fans are sitting is discouraged and will be addressed by LSU Event Staff if complaints from other fans are reasonable and continuous.

TICKETS
Fans ages 3 and above must present a ticket for admission to Tiger Park. The ticket office at Tiger Park is located at the Main Entrance near left field and will open 1 hour prior to each LSU softball game.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are only permitted on the top row of seating sections and may not impede the sight lines of any fans.

WILL CALL
The will-call window for tickets is located at the Tiger Park Ticket Office near left field and will open 1½ hours prior to every home LSU game until the bottom of the 4th inning. Only the person whose name is on the ticket order may pick up the tickets. A photo ID is required for all will-call orders.
