Made 29 appearances, going 17-4 … Earned Second-Team All-South Region, All-SEC and All-Louisiana honors … Named to the NFCA Leadoff Classic and Tiger Classic All-Tournament teams … Ranked 26th in the nation in ERA, which placed her fifth in school history … Ranked 17th in the nation in strikeouts per seven innings, which ranked third in LSU history … Tied the school record for allowing the fewest single-season runs … Ranked second in single-season earned runs allowed … Threw a one-hitter against Ole Miss and a two-hitter vs. Arkansas … Struck out 10 or more batters on eight occasions … Allowed only three earned runs in 66.1 innings pitched between March 23 and May 9 … Recorded a season-high 14 strikeouts on four occasions.

FRESHMAN SEASON (NOTRE DAME, 2001)
Earned NFCA Second-Team All-America honors after finishing third in the nation with a 0.55 ERA … Finished the season with a 27-3 overall record, best on the team … Did not allow a single run in regular season conference play en route to First-Team All-Big East and Big East Rookie of the Year honors … Three times was the conference Pitcher of the Week … Fired a no-hitter in a 1-0 win over Toledo on April 25 … Posted a season-high 15 strikeouts against the Rockets … Pitched one-hitters against Valparaiso, Connecticut, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Boston College and Villanova … Six times had double-figures in strikeouts … Had streak of 56.1 consecutive scoreless innings from April 19 until May 11 … Allowed more than one run just four times all season … Recorded 247 strikeouts in 204 innings while allowing just 108 hits … Opponents hit a measly .153 against her and only crossed the plate 20 times … Hurled 13 shutouts and 22 complete games in 29 starts.

HIGH SCHOOL
A two-time NFCA All-American as she was named to the first team in her junior season while being tabbed to the second team in her senior season … Earned first-team all-state and First-Team All-Greater Houston honors in her final three years … Named District 23 MVP as a junior and senior … Led team to state finals as a sophomore and state semifinal as a junior … Was 53-10 as a starting pitcher with 522 strikeouts in three seasons … Recorded an ERA of 0.05 as a sophomore and junior and a 0.12 ERA as a senior … Was the NHSCA Softball Athlete of the Year … Also ran cross country for two seasons … Was a member of the National Honor Society.
