#22 Alea Johnson Season 2023

HIGH SCHOOL

Played at Fairhope High School in Fairhope, Ala.…A two-time Class 7A Pitcher of the Year, All-State honoree, and Coastal Player of the Year…as a senior, Johnson posted a 15-2 record in 102 innings pitched, and had 204 strikeouts, nine shutouts, one perfect game and two no-hitters…junior Johnson had an 18-1 record in the circle and posted 11 shutouts, six no hitters and two perfect games behind a 0.62 ERA and 210 strikeouts…a two-time National Honor’s Society member…Johnson played club with the Birmingham Thunderbolts…is ranked No. 23 in the nation according to Softball America and T-No. 7 by Extra Inning Softball.

Born Jan. 23, 2004…daughter of Christopher and Charolotte Johnson…has a sister named Haden… will major in sociology with a focus in criminology.
