One of the most dominating defensive linemen in school history despite playing just 2 seasons with the Tigers … Played in 25 games during his LSU career, starting 21 times … Finished with 22.5 tackles for losses and 12 sacks … Named First-Team All-America in 2005.

SENIOR SEASON (2005)
Teamed with Kyle Williams to give LSU one of the nation’s best defensive tackle tandems … Has great quickness off the ball and is thought to be a high round draft pick in the 2006 NFL Draft … Named First-Team All-America by Collegefootballnews.com and Second-Team All-America by the Sporting News … Named First-Team All-SEC by both the league’s coaches and the AP … Played in 13 games with 12 starts … Did not start against North Texas … Finished season with 49 tackles, 10.5 tackles for losses and 6 sacks … Led Tigers with 26 quarterback hurries … Had 10 tackles and 2 tackles for 14-yards in losses against Mississippi State … Twice named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week in 2005 … Honored following win over Arizona State and then again following Auburn contest … Against Auburn, had 8 tackles, 2 tackles for losses and 1 sack … Against Arizona State, blocked a fourth quarter field goal that was picked up and returned 55-yards for a TD … Added 3 tackles, 2 tackles for losses and 5 QB hurries in win over Arizona State … Had season-high 6 quarterback hurries against Vanderbilt.

A junior college transfer who provided the Tigers with a huge boost on the defensive line in 2004 … Named first-team All-SEC by Collegefootballnews.com and Second-Team All-SEC by the Associated Press and the SEC Coaches … Played in all 12 games with nine starts … Started eight  times at defensive tackle and once at defensive end … Wrapped up first season with the Tigers with 44 tackles, 12 tackles for losses and 6 sacks … Named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week following a 6-tackle, 2-sack game against Vanderbilt … Had 6 tackles and 4 tackles for losses the following week against Alabama … Had 6 sacks over final five games of season … Capped first year with the Tigers with 3 tackles and 1 sack for an 8-yard loss against Iowa in the Capital One Bowl.
