Sheldon Lee
Sheldon Lee is entering his fourth year at LSU and third year as Assistant Director of Post-Production, a role he was named to in May 2022.
Prior to his current role, Lee served as the Creative Content Producer since his arrival at LSU Athletics in November 2020.
“Spike” Lee is the primary creative content producer for LSU Women’s Basketball, oversees creative content production of all Olympic sports and also assists with creative content production for LSU Football.
In his role, Lee produces a variety of content including television, social media, in-venue video board content, mobile app-based content and more. Lee collaborates with the Communications, Marketing and Creative Services departments to develop digital storytelling, features and messaging for LSU Athletics’ programs.
Lee comes to Baton Rouge after serving as the Social Media Correspondent at the University of Arkansas, in conjunction with Learfield IMG College. In this role, Lee created custom branded social media content in order to drive revenue opportunities for the athletics department. Lee also created non-sponsored digital content for the Razorbacks’ football, baseball, men’s/women’s basketball, volleyball and softball programs.
Lee began his intercollegiate athletics career serving as the Marketing/Digital Media Graduate Assistant at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA. In this role, Lee produced video content, assisted in ticket sales and contributed to game operation efforts for all athletics programs and events for the Pokes.
Lee, a native of Orange, TX, is a 2016 graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and is currently enrolled in LSU’s Graduate School, while pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Management degree.
Lee is the son of Ellisa Lee and Cedric Lee, natives of Beaumont, TX and Orange, TX, respectively.
