Reana Weaver
Reana Weaver is a credentialed Registered Dietitian with a B.S. in Nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology with a major in Sports Nutrition from Florida State University (FSU). While completing her bachelor’s degree, she also worked as a Sports Nutrition Assistant for Cal Poly Athletics, providing one-on-one nutrition education to basketball and baseball players.
She is in her second full season as an assistant performance dietitian. Her main sports include track and field, cross country, and swimming and diving.
While completing her master’s degree, she worked as a Nutrition Coach at FSU’s Center for Health Advocacy and Wellness, where she provided education and counseling to students on topics relating to balanced eating, intuitive eating, having a positive relationship with food, and positive body image. She also completed her dietetic internship with a sports nutrition and entrepreneurship concentration, where she worked with NFL, NFL Combine/Pro Day, MLB, professional tennis, Olympic ski, tactical, and college football, basketball, soccer, and baseball athletes on performance nutrition strategies.
Following graduation, Reana worked as a Performance Nutrition Assistant with the Cleveland Browns, providing clinical, performance, and food service-based nutrition services to players, coaches, and staff individually and in group settings.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and being outdoors.
