Dawson Ahrenstorff

Dawson Ahrenstorff enters his third season with LSU Athletics Creative Content as a Creative Content Producer. He primarily produces long-form video content with football and baseball for distribution on LSU GOLD and social channels.

Ahrenstorff was the lead producer for both The Path and The Powerhouse during the 2022-2023 athletic season. The Path covered Brian Kelly’s first football season with the Tigers, while The Powerhouse followed Jay Johnson’s second season with the baseball team and their National Championship title win.

Ahrenstorff is a native of northwest Iowa and attended college at Montana State, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Film. His direction and production of the documentary, Miracle in Missoula, detailed the 2018 football game between the Montana Grizzlies and Montana State Bobcats and the unbridled passion Montanans have for football in the state. The film was accepted into numerous film festivals.
