2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Made her name known throughout the nation during her first outdoor season with the Tigers… qualified for the 100 meter, 200 meter and 4×100-meter relay at the Paris Olympics… helped the Team Nigeria 4×100 to a first-place finish at the African Championships with a time of 43.01 seconds… at the NCAA Outdoor Championships Godbless became the first freshman woman in the nation to earn three First Team All-American honors since Sha’Carri Richardson did it in 2019… clocked an Olympic-entry standard qualifying time of 22.56 seconds at the NCAA Championships in the 200 meter to finish eighth overall in the nation… clocked a time of 11.10 seconds in the 100 meter final at the NCAA Championships to finish eighth… helped the 4×100-meter relay team to a runner-up finish at the NCAA Championships with a time of 42.57 seconds… at the NCAA East First Round she recorded a personal-best time of 11.03 seconds in the 100m, which qualified her for the Olympics and ranked 10th in the nation in 2024… was part of the Tigers winning their 26th SEC women’s team title, scoring a total of 5.5 points for LSU in the 100m and 4x100m relay… finished fifth at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 100m final with a time of 11.14 seconds… helped the LSU 4x100m relay to bronze at the SEC Championships with a time of 42.49 seconds, which ranks fourth in LSU PL history, fifth in the nation during 2024 and 10th on the all-time collegiate PL… finished 14th in the 200m at the SEC Championships with a time of 23.06 seconds… punched her first ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympics at the World Athletics Relays in Bahamas, anchoring Nigeria’s 4x100m relay to a heat win with the team’s time of 42.71 seconds alongside former Tiger great Favour Ofili… finished fourth in the 100m (11.15) and second in the 4x100m relay (43.29) at the LSU Invitational… took third place in the 4x100m relay with a team time of 43.53 seconds at the LSU Alumni Gold meet… finished first with the Tiger 4x100m relay at the Tom Jones Invitational with a time of 43.05 seconds… earned a first-place finish in the 100m at the Keyth Talley Invitational with a time of 11.24 seconds… opened her season at the Hurricane Invitational with a second-place finish in the 4x100m relay and sixth-place finish in the 200m… had top-10 finishes in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay at the Battle on the Bayou… USTFCCCA First Team All-American (100m, 200m, 4×100)… Second Team All-SEC (4×100).

2024 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in two meet during the 2024 indoor season… recorded a 60 meter personal-best time of 7.77 seconds at the LSU Purple Tiger… recorded an altitude-converted time of 23.85 seconds in the 200 meter at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.

PRIOR TO LSU – Community Secondary School, Aleibiri
Gobless comes to LSU with a plethora of experience on the national and world stage… recorded a legal personal-best time of 11.09 seconds, which is second in African U20 history and is the Nigerian U20 national record… ranks fifth in Nigerian-U20 history with a 200 meter PR of 23.07 seconds… she is a two-time African U20 Champion, winning the 100 and 200 in 2023… a two-time 4×100-meter national relay champion for Nigeria (2022 & 2023)… an African senior 4×100 champion and placed fourth in the 100 in 2022… repping Nigeria, finished fifth in the 100 with a time of 11.19 seconds at the World U20 Championships in 2022… took third with the Nigerian 4×100 team at the World U20 Championships in 2021.

Born on July 14, 2004, in Bebelebiri, Nigeria… daughter of Godbless Seikeseye and Kwakwa-ere Godbless… has four siblings – Daniel, Esther, Gesikeme, and Simon… plans to pursue a degree in sport administration at LSU.
