Closed the season taking silver in the one mile with a time of 4:39.51 at the SEC Indoor Championships, earning Second Team All-SEC honors… recorded an LSU record time in the mile of 4:36.79 at the Boston David Hemery Valentine Invitational to finish 22nd… helped the LSU DMR to a program record of 10:55.27 to finish second at the Alex Wilson Invitational… opened the season with a first-place finish and a time of 4:49.14 in the mile at the LSU Purple Tiger… Second Team All-SEC (Mile).
2023 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
Had a breakout season on the track with multiple records… finished second in the 1500 at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:17.91, making her a Second Team All-SEC member… set the LSU 1500-meter record with a time of 4:11.61 at the Bryan Clay Invitational… helped set the LSU and Texas Relays’ DMR record of 10:59.86, after setting the 4×800-meter Texas Relays’ record and world-leading time of 8:20.69 the next day… qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 1500… ran a PR of 2:03.53 in the 800 to take second at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational… opened the season with a first-place finish in the 800 at the Hurricane Invitational.
2023 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
Helped set the LSU DMR indoor record of 10:56.41, taking fourth at the loaded Alex Wilson Invitational… clocked the third-fastest mile time in LSU performance history with 4:40.66 at the Boston David Hemery Invite… placed eighth in the mile at the SEC Indoor Championships, as well as eighth in the DMR… opened the season with a second-place finish in the mile at the LSU Purple Tiger… finished third at the Red Raider Open in the 800.
2022 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 1500… finished 10th at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 with a time of 4:19.95… took first at the Texas Relays with a 4×800-meter relay time of 8:34.54… also, placed second with the DMR team at the Texas Relays with a time of 11:02.45… recorded a season-best time of 2:04.74 in the 800 to take fourth at the LSU Invitational… took second in the 800 at the LSU Alumni Gold… placed first in the 1500 at the LSU Battle on the Bayou… opened the season with a third-place finish in the 800 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.
2022 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in the mile at the LSU Purple Tiger, taking second with a time of 4:55.67.
2021 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Represented her home country of Mexico at the U20 World Championships and finished seventh in her semifinal heat with a time of 2:10.08 … won gold in the 1,500 meters at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 4:21.26 … took ninth in the finals of the 1,500 meters at the SEC Championships (4:20.44) … ran personal best of 4:19.76 in the 1,500 meters during the preliminary rounds of the SEC Championships for the fourth fastest time in LSU history … scored points for LSU in the 800 meters at the SEC Championships with a time of 2:07.55 to finish sixth … placed second in the 800 meters at the LSU Invitational with a career best time of 2:04.98.
2021 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Member of the distance medley relay squad that finished seventh at the SEC Championships with a time of 11:30.18 … took 10th in the 800 meters at the SEC Championships (2:09.09) … took third at the Music City Challenge in the 800 meters with a personal best time of 2:08.40 … won gold at the Purple Tiger Invitational in the 600 meters with a clocking of 1:35.31 … finished second at the Charlie Thomas Invitational in the 800 meters (2:09.84).
