JUNIOR SEASON (2002)
Will forego her senior season after graduating with a 3.3 grade point average in kinesiology … Finished the season as the Southeastern Conference’s leader in both goals (22) and total points (48) … Earned Second Team All-SEC honors … Earned SEC Player of the Week honors and was named to both the Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week and the Soccer America Team of the Week … Finished the regular season as the nation’s fourth-leading scorer in goals per game average … Scored four goals in a game twice during the 2002 campaign against Loyola (N.O.) and Troy State … Moved into second place on LSU’s all-time records list in four categories, including goals and total points … Earned her third varsity letter.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2001)
Named to the Southeastern Conference’s Academic Honor Roll for the second-consecutive season and maintained a 3.21 grade point average in kinesiology … Recovered nicely from reconstruction surgery on her knee and finished fourth on the team in goals (3) and fifth in total points (6) … Notched four goals for the Tigers’ during the spring season to help lead them to a perfect 9-0 record … Scored LSU’s first goal of the season in the Tigers’ 5-0 victory over McNeese State on Aug. 31 … Added another goal against McNeese State in the second half of the contest … Recorded the game-winning goal against Northwestern State on Oct. 10 … Played in 16 of the team’s 18 games and started in five of the contests …
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2000)
Took a medical redshirt year after tearing her anterior cruciate ligament in only the second game of the season against Louisiana-Monroe … Named to the Southeastern Conference’s Academic Honor Roll … Started in both of the Tigers’ first two outings of the season before suffering her injury … Recorded an assist against Troy State in the season opener.
FRESHMAN SEASON (1999)
Fought off a rash of preseason injuries in 1999 and still saw action in 17 games with 16 starts Y Came up with her best outing of the season on Sept. 17 in the Tigers’ 6-0 victory of Nicholls State where she netted her first career goal and recorded an assist Y Finished the 1999 season with one goal and one assist for three points.
PRIOR TO LSU
A 100-goal scorer while at Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas … Helped her team to second-place finishes in the Texas state tournament in both 1997 and 1998 … Earned First Team All-City and All-District honors in 1997 and 1998 … Finished as the city of San Antonio’s leading scorer with 41 goals in 1998 and earned a spot on the All-State Tournament team … Earned a pair of varsity letters in basketball … Member of the National Honors Society from 1995-99 and a member of the All-District Athletic Academic team.
