SENIOR SEASON (2002)
Became the first NCAA Individual-Event Champion in school history when she won the shared the floor exercise title with former Olympian Jamie Dantzscher of UCLA (9.950) … Earned First-Team All-America honors for this performance … Qualified for the event finals with a 9.925 to win the afternoon session of the preliminary round of the NCAA Championships … Led the Tigers back to the NCAA Championships after missing out in 2001 by winning the floor title at the NCAA Regional in Baton Rouge with a 10.0 — her second of the season — and the all-around title with a career-high of 39.450 … Became the second gymnast in school history to record more than one perfect 10 in her career (Jennifer Wood had nine on vault), both on floor during her senior season … Finished the season with 10 individual titles (one on beam, six on floor, three all-around) and 21 for her career … Became the fifth gymnast in school history to score at least 9.90 in all four events after scoring her first 9.90 on vault at the SEC Championships … Won the floor title at the Super Six Challenge to open the season with a perfect 10 to start a string of three-straight meets with a floor title (9.90 against Auburn and Florida) … Suffered a mid-foot sprain after landing awkwardly on the beam against Utah … Missed the Alabama and Denver meets and was unable to compete on the floor against Iowa, Kentucky and Georgia … Scored career bests of 9.90 on vault (SEC’s), 9.90 on bars (vs. Auburn) and 10.0 on floor (at Super Six Challenge, NCAA Central Regional Championships) … Career best on beam came in 2001 (9.90) … Completed her career with four varsity letters.

JUNIOR SEASON (2001)
Arnstad stepped to the forefront of the NCAA gymnastics scene in 2001, winning 10 titles, while earning Second-Team All-America honors with a sixth-place finish on floor at the NCAA Championships … Arnstad won six floor titles during the 2001 season, most impressively with a career-best 9.975 to put an exclamation point on an upset victory over Florida … She opened the season with victories on floor in the first three meets of the season against Kentucky (9.875), Georgia (9.90) and Denver (9.875) … Posted five scores of 9.90 on floor during the 2001 season … She won three all-around titles during the 2001 season, posting a 39.000 against Kentucky, a 39.350 in victory in a quad meet on Feb. 9 and a career-best 39.375 in a tri-meet victory on March 9 … Arnstad picked up her first career beam title in the Tigers’ tri-meet victory over Michigan State and New Hampshire, posting a career-best 9.90

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2000)
Came up with one of the more memorable moments in recent LSU history at the NCAA Region III Championships, delivering a 9.95 on floor that put the Tigers into the NCAA Championship field, winning the individual title in the event … That performance came on the wings of a 9.90 on floor at the SEC Championships which earned her a second place finish in the event and pushed LSU into a second place finish in the team competition … Registered a solid 9.825 on floor at the NCAA Championships … Went 9.90 on floor at Georgia on Jan. 23, but then missed four weeks after having minor knee surgery … Also came up with season highs of 9.750 on vault at the SEC Championships, 9.775 on bars at Georgia and 9.750 on beam at Michigan State

FRESHMAN SEASON (1999)
Missed five meets due to a foot injury…scored 9.775 on vault vs. Southeast Missouri State after putting up the same mark against Georgia … Came up with a 9.750 at the SEC Championships, while also registering 9.700 at Kentucky and at the NCAA Championships … Competed on the floor on one occasion, scoring a 9.425 in the floor exercise vs. Kentucky.
