Transferred to LSU from Washington for her fourth and final season… Contributed primarily on floor for the Tigers during her senior season while also seeing action on beam in four meets… Competed in 15 meets during LSU’s NCAA runner-up campaign… Recorded season highs of 9.925 on floor and 9.900 on beam… Tallied four scores of 9.900 or higher on floor during the year, including a season-best 9.925 against Kentucky and Auburn… Added routines in both the NCAA Semifinal and NCAA Championship Final for LSU… Earned a spot on the CSC Academic All-District team in her first season as a Tiger.
PRIOR TO LSU (2023-25 at WASHINGTON):
Innes arrives at LSU for her senior season after a standout three-year career at Washington, where she was a key contributor on vault, beam and floor… A 2025 Big Ten All-Conference selection on floor and a Big Ten All-Championship Team honoree, she established herself as one of the conference’s top performers… She captured the NCAA Regional Floor title in 2024 after earning a career-high 9.950 at the Berkeley Regional… Innes owns collegiate bests of 9.875 on vault, 9.900 on beam and 9.950 on floor… She also excelled academically, earning recognition on the 2025 All-Academic Team and Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll… Before her collegiate career, she trained at Gymkhana Gymnastics and attended Plum Senior High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
