CAREER
Key member of LSU’s defensive line for four years … Played in 52 games with 15 starts, including seven as a sophomore in 2010 and six as a senior in 2012 … Finished career with 96 tackles, 20.0 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks … Scored two touchdowns during his career – one coming on a 29 yards fumble return vs. Louisiana-Monroe in 2010 and the other coming on a 23-yard interception return vs. Idaho in 2012 … Invited to the 2013 Senior Bowl following his senior seasons with the Tigers.

SENIOR SEASON (2012)
Played in 13 games with six starts … Tallied 26 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks … Added three QB hurries and returned an interception 23 yards for a TD in win over Idaho … Had career-best seven tackles to go with 1.5 sacks totaling 10 yards in losses in win over Towson … Had four tackles and a sack for a 7-yard loss in win over Ole Miss on Senior Day … Other sacks came vs. Washington and Florida … Started season-opener vs. North Texas and had a tackle for a 9-yard loss … Played at either defensive end position … Other starts came vs. Idaho, Auburn, Towson, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss.

JUNIOR SEASON (2011)
Served as a backup at defensive end, playing in all 14 games with one start against Auburn … Recorded 26 tackles on the year with 4.5 tackles for a loss of 16 yards, one sack and two quarterback hurries … Picked up his first sack of the season against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game … Earned a season-high four tackles, including one TFL, at Ole Miss … Recovered a fumble at West Virginia that led to a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010)
Played in 13 games with seven starts after the loss of Sam Montgomery to a season-ending injury … Finished the season with 21 tackles, four tackles for loss,  2.5 sacks, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery … Closed the regular season with a great effort at Arkansas where he had four tackles, one sack, one TFL and one forced fumble … Had an outstanding game versus Ole Miss when he tallied four tackles, 1.5 TFLs and picked off a pass and returned it 17 yards … Did not record any tackles but recovered a fumble against ULM and rumbled 29 yards for a touchdown … Made his first start of the season versus Tennessee and recorded one sack for a 7-yard loss and a pass breakup.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2009)
Emerged as key backup at defensive end … Played in 12 games with one start … Racked up 23 tackles on the year – 4.5 for a loss of 21 yards – and had 2.5 sacks to his credit … Started in place of Rahim Alem at right defensive end against Louisiana Tech and responded with three tackles, a career-best two tackles for loss and one sack in the win over the Bulldogs … Had a half sack for a 1-yard loss against Arkansas … Other sack came against Vanderbilt and it went for a 9-yard loss … Also forced a fumble against Vanderbilt … Set a career-high with five tackles against top-ranked Florida … Saw his first career action as a Tiger at Washington where he made one solo tackle.
