SENIOR SEASON (2004)
Starting Mike linebacker for the Tigers … Named First-Team All-SEC by the SEC Coaches in 2004 after leading an LSU defense that ranked among the nation’s best … Played and started all 12 games for the Tigers … Over last 2 years with Turner at middle linebacker, the Tigers posted a 23-3 record … Recorded 82 tackles, 34 of which were solo tackles, in 2004 … Added 5 tackles for losses and 2 sacks … Opened season with 15 tackles in win over Oregon State … Had 9 tackles, 3 tackles for losses and 1 sack against Auburn … Played strong down the stretch with 9 tackles against Alabama and 4 each against Ole Miss and Arkansas … Named to Hula Bowl following senior season.

JUNIOR SEASON (2003)
LSU’s starter at middle linebacker … Took over for former All-America Bradie James (now with the Dallas Cowboys) at middle linebacker and the Tigers didn’t miss a beat …Earned honorable mention All-SEC honors from the Associated Press after filling the middle of the Tiger defense … Ranked second on team with 78 tackles, five of which went for losses … Added three sacks and two interceptions … Finished season with a flurry, intercepting a pass and returning it 18 yards for a TD against Georgia in the SEC title game and then followed that with nine tackles and two sacks against Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl … The two sacks vs. Oklahoma totaled 26 yards in losses and one came on a fourth-down situation for the Sooners with less than two minutes remaining in the game … Other sack during year came against Arizona and went for an 11-yard loss … The interception against Georgia quarterback David Greene came in the third quarter and gave the Tigers a 24-6 lead … Intercepted Greene in LSU’s first meeting with Georgia back in September … Recorded eight tackles vs. Florida and Louisiana-Monroe … Called the hardest-hitting linebacker in the SEC by the Sporting News in its 2003 preseason college football issue.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2002)
Played in 12 games with 11 starts at Will linebacker … Sat out the Arkansas game with an injured shoulder … Ranked third on the team with 71 total tackles, which included 39 solo … Second on squad with 9.5 tackles for losses … Added three sacks for 20-yards in losses … Recovered a pair of fumbles … Recorded a career-high 12 tackles with 1.5 tackles for a loss at Auburn … Had two sacks against Alabama, while his other came in the victory at Kentucky … Added nine tackles to go with sack in win over Kentucky … Had at least one tackle for a loss in eight of LSU’s 13 games, including five of the Tigers’ last six contests … Capped season with five tackles, including one for an 8-yard loss vs. Texas in the Cotton Bowl.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2001)
Played in 11 games for the Tigers … Missed the season-opener with a knee injury … Key contributor on special teams and gives the Tiger linebacking corps a talented backup … Registered seven tackles … Had season-high of three stops vs. Florida … Redshirted as a true freshman in 2000.
