SENIOR SEASON (2003)
Second-year starter at tight end for the Tigers who has developed into one of the best all-around tight ends in school history … Combines good hands with outstanding blocking ability for the Tigers … Played in all 14 games for the Tigers in 2003 with 13 starts … Did not start against Georgia on Sept. 20 when the Tigers opened in a 4-wideout set … Ranked fourth on team with 16 catches for 155 yards and a pair of TDs … Caught a 4-yard TD pass in the second quarter of LSU’s 33-7 win over South Carolina … Added a 3-yard TD reception in the second quarter of LSU’s 27-3 victory over Alabama … Caught a career-best 5 passes for 37 yards vs. South Carolina … The 5 catches were the most by an LSU tight end in a single-game since 2001 when Robert Royal (now a member of the Washington Redskins) caught 5 passes in a win over Utah State … Caught at least one pass in 9 games in 2003 … Had 3 multiple-catch games.

JUNIOR SEASON (2002)
LSU’s starter at tight end … Played in 11 games with 11 starts … Missed two games – The Citadel and Miami (Ohio) with a foot injury … Outstanding blocker who also gives LSU quarterbacks a big target … Finished with six receptions for 35 yards … Caught two passes for 10 yards against Alabama and had single catches against Virginia Tech, Florida, South Carolina and Arkansas.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2001) 
Caught two passes for 29 yards and two scores … Had a 3-yard TD reception vs. Tulane and then a 29-yard TD against Mississippi State.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2000)
Saw his first action for the Tigers after redshirting as a true freshman in 1999 … Played in 10 games with no starts … Caught five passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns … Made tough over-the-shoulder grab for a career-best 34-yard reception vs. Kentucky … Also caught a 25-yard TD pass against Kentucky for his first career score … Bulled over an Ole Miss defender at the goalline for 32-yard TD reception against the Rebels … Had a 19-yard reception vs. Western Carolina in season opener and had a 17-yard grab against Tennessee that set up a Tiger score two plays later for a 24-6 first-half advantage over the Vols.
