RUSTON, La. — A pair of LSU players who played crucial roles in the Tigers’ 41-6 Southeastern Conference victory at Mississippi State on Saturday were named the players of the week by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association on Monday.
Wide receiver Devery Henderson and free safety Travis Daniels are the fourth and fifth different LSU players to be honored by the LSWA this season.
