Nicole Devlin joined the LSU Soccer program in August 2026 as the Director of Operations. In her role, Devlin oversees the day-to-day operations of the program, including team travel, scheduling, logistics and other administrative responsibilities, while supporting the overall organization and success of LSU Soccer.
Devlin previously served LSU as a Graduate Assistant with Tiger Life, where she assisted in developing comprehensive student-athlete development programs focused on professional development and personal enhancement. She primarily supported professional development programming, including career counseling and financial literacy, while also helping manage signature events such as Build Your Board.
A native of Merrick, New York, Devlin graduated from the University of Tennessee in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and minors in mathematics and business administration. During her time at Tennessee, she served as a student manager for the Lady Vols soccer team. She also completed a rotational internship with the Cleveland Browns, gaining experience in Operations, Player Engagement and Player Development, and worked with the New York Islanders in Partnerships and Activations.
Devlin recently completed her master of science in kinesiology with a specialization in health promotion and sport performance at LSU. With experience spanning collegiate athletics, professional sports and student-athlete development, Devlin brings a diverse background in operations and athlete support to her role with LSU Soccer.
