Laura Meno
Laura Meno joined LSU in August 2025 as a Graduate Assistant with Tiger Life. In this role, she assists with developing comprehensive student-athlete development programs, focusing on leadership enhancement and community engagement. In her role, Laura primarily assists with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and Black Student-Athlete Association (BSAA) while also executing team community service initiatives, including signature events like Halloween BOOzar and MLK Day of Service.
She earned her bachelor of science in business management from Clemson in May 2025, completing her degree in three years while competing as a thrower on the track and field team. During her time at Clemson, Laura was actively involved in the Sigma Kappa Sorority and served as an Ethics Scholar, deepening her understanding of values-based leadership. She also has extensive experience in nonprofit event planning and fundraising, including successfully coordinating large-scale community events that raised thousands of dollars to support local organizations. In addition, Laura has been involved in faith-based service work, including multiple mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, where she contributed to construction and community development projects.
She is pursuing her master’s in sport management at LSU. Laura’s professional interests center on creating meaningful, holistic growth opportunities for student-athletes and fostering environments where they can thrive academically, athletically, and personally.
