Keava Soil-Cormier, an attorney and collegiate athletics administrator with more than a decade of experience spanning recruiting, player personnel, and NIL, serves as Associate Athletic Director for NIL at LSU.

Soil-Cormier returned to Baton Rouge in February 2025 and was elevated to her current role in April 2026. In her position, she oversees the NILSU department, providing education, branding, and opportunity to LSU student-athletes across all varsity sports.

Additionally, Soil-Cormier partners with the NIL point of contact across LSU's non-football varsity sports to assist with roster budgeting, retention, and recruiting plans, while engaging directly with agents, issuing Revenue Share Agreements, and developing strategies to generate additional revenue.

Prior to LSU, Soil-Cormier spent three years at Baylor, where she made history as one of only two women in Division I college football to hold the title of Director of Player Personnel. In that role, she worked directly with coaches to identify program needs and oversee every stage of the recruiting process, from prospect identification and film evaluation to on-campus visits.

She was later promoted to Associate AD for NIL Administration and Pro Relations, where she managed all football NIL initiatives, collaborating with the head coach on roster needs and budget, negotiating with agents, reviewing contracts, and educating student-athletes on NIL. In that same role, she served as the primary point of contact for NFL scouts and General Managers.

Prior to Baylor, Soil-Cormier spent eight seasons at LSU as Assistant Director of Football Recruiting, earning a national championship with the 2019 Tigers, a team widely regarded as one of the greatest in college football history. During that time, she also interned with the Buffalo Bills' salary cap department and was selected as one of 40 women nationwide for the NFL's Women in Football Forum.

A native of Lafayette, La., Soil-Cormier earned her bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from LSU and LSU Law School, respectively. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
