As a Baton Rouge native, Erin Easton earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management from LSU. She began her professional career in private school development and advancement while also coaching cheerleading, combining her passion for education, leadership, and athletics.
Easton later joined Varsity Brands, where she spent eight years working with coaches, athletes, and schools to support and grow cheerleading programs. Her experience with Varsity provided valuable insight into spirit programs and strengthened her commitment to developing student-athletes.
After leaving Varsity to focus on raising her family, Easton returned to LSU in June of 2026 to serve as Director of Operations for the Spirit Squads. In her role, she manages the day-to-day operations for the Tiger Girls, Cheerleading, and Team Mike programs, working closely with coaches and staff to provide an exceptional student-athlete experience and support the continued success of LSU’s nationally recognized spirit programs.
Easton is proud to return to her alma mater and contribute to the legacy of excellence that defines the LSU Spirit Squads. She and her husband are proud to call Baton Rouge home, where they are raising their children and remain active supporters of the LSU community.
