Ellie Latiolais

Ellie Latiolais joined the LSU National L Club staff in June 2023 as a Letterwinner Engagement Graduate Assistant. In this role, Ellie is responsible for collaborating with supervisors to plan numerous alumni and student-athlete events, procuring letter awards and event materials, as well as updating letterwinner alumni information into CRM Systems.

Prior to becoming a graduate assistant, Latiolais worked in the LSU Football Department of Recruiting as a student assistant. In this role she helped organize and execute recruiting events, monitor components of the gameday experience for recruits and their families, as well as ensure compliance documentation was accurate and complete.

Latiolais was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Madisonville, Louisiana. She received her bachelor’s degree in sport administration with an emphasis in sport commerce and a minor in business administration from LSU in May 2023. She is working toward her master’s degree in business administration from LSU.
