Ellie Latiolais

Ellie Latiolais joined the NILSU Max Team as an Account Executive in April 2025. In this role, Ellie will assist the Executive Director, NILSU MAX, Mary Claire Logue, with identifying, pitching, and securing NIL partnership agreements. Specifically, she will interact with current partners and new business leads on a local, regional, and national scale to drive incremental revenue that meets and exceeds team goals. Lastly, she will assist with the coordination and fulfillment of NIL activations, providing support to current clients and partners.

Prior to becoming the Account Executive for NILSU Max, Latiolais worked as a Letterwinner Engagement Graduate Assistant for the LSU National L Club. In this role, she was responsible for collaborating with supervisors to plan numerous alumni and student-athlete events, procuring letter awards and event materials, as well as updating letterwinner alumni information into CRM Systems. During her undergraduate degree, Latiolais also worked as a Recruiting Student Assistant for LSU Football, where she helped organize and execute recruiting events, monitor components of the gameday experience for recruits and their families, as well as ensure compliance documentation was accurate and complete.

Latiolais was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Madisonville, Louisiana. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration with an emphasis in Sport Commerce and a minor in Business Administration from LSU in May 2023. She is finishing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in May 2025.
