Eli Devir

Eli Devir serves as the Assistant Director of NIL. In this role, Devir works closely with student-athletes to assist them with partnership opportunities and assists with the overall strategy of the NILSU department. Devir brings a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to shaping the evolving NIL landscape. He is passionate about helping student-athletes build their personal brands while ensuring that partnerships align with the values and mission of LSU.

Prior to stepping into this role, Devir spent a year as a Graduate Assistant for the NILSU department. In this role, Devir was responsible for tracking student-athlete disclosures, creating monthly internal Impact Reports that were distributed to LSU’s sports teams, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with all educational programming provided by the NIL Department.

During his undergraduate years, Devir worked with the Game/Event management team at LSU and with the Chicago Sky’s in-game sponsorship team. Additionally, Devir interned for Navigate, a sports consulting firm, where he learned data analysis and gained valuable marketing experience.

Devir was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He received both his bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration and his MBA from LSU.
