Delaney Roth joined LSU in August 2026 as a Graduate Intern with Tiger Life. In this role, she assists with developing comprehensive student-athlete development programs, focusing on professional development and personal enhancement. Roth primarily supports programming, including career counseling and financial literacy, as well as managing signature events such as Build Your Board.
Roth received her undergraduate degree from Marist University, where she studied psychology with double minors in sports communication and communication studies, with a pathway in public health. While at Marist, Delaney was actively involved in the athletics department, holding positions in both the Center for Student-Athlete Enhancement and the Athletic Marketing Department. Before becoming an LSU Tiger, Roth also worked for three seasons with the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun, where she collaborated interdepartmentally to execute events and game-day presentations.
Roth is pursuing her master of science in kinesiology with a specialization in health promotion and sport performance at LSU. Passionate about empowering holistic development in athletes both on and off the field, she brings lived experience from collegiate and professional athletics to her work with Tiger Life.
