Showed a lot of promise in her first meet as a Lady Tiger when she posted a 18:43.50 in the Crimson Classic 5K, good enough for a 21st place finish…Sidelined for the next two meets with an illness…Came back Oct. 31 to compete in the SEC Championships where she notched a 23:46.92.

Transferred from Tulane in 2007 … Began at LSU as a freshman in 2006, but transferred to Tulane to begin her sophomore year.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four letters in Cross Country under head coaches Bobby Thomas and Chris Pool … Recorded a personal-best time of 18:30 in the 5K … Earned All-District honors three times … Was the overall Louisiana State Champion in 2003 … Finished 3rd at the Louisiana State meet in 2005 … Named to the Girl’s Composite All-State team in 2005 … As a sophomore, broke the school record in the two-mile.
