SENIOR SEASON (2014-15)
Earned third SEC Player of the Year in the 35-plus year history of the program … Also was First-Team All-SEC and first-team All-American … POY in Louisiana … Became sixth LSU women’s golfer to be named on the All-SEC team three times and joins Megan McChrystal (08-11), Ashley Winn (95-98) and Meredith Duncan (99-02) as the only golfers to be named to three All-SEC first teams in their careers … Helped Tigers advance to their second NCAA Championship appearance during her career … Set a season record for stroke average at 71.48, the first LSU women’s play to average under 72 for a single season … For 125 career rounds, 72.95 stroke average, the lowest for any four-year player in women’s golf history at LSU … 23 of 33 rounds of par or under this season … Eight top 10 finishes, 18 total (T6 on LSU top 10 list) … Two wins her senior season (three career) … Tied with teammate Caroline Nistrup for the title at the Allstate Sugar Bowl at 4-under 212 (68-73-71) and then wire-to-wire to win NCAA Raleigh Regional at 8-under 208 (68-70-70) … Second in the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate at -6 207 (71-68-68) and 3rd in both the LSU Tiger Golf Classic (-2, 214) and the SEC Championships (-5, 211) … 63 rounds of par or under in career … Finish No. 2 in the Golfweek and Golfstat Performance rankings.

JUNIOR SEASON (2013-14)
Earned First Team All-SEC honors for the second straight season … Won her first collegiate tournament in The Schooner Invitational in the fall, posting rounds of 70-70-66 for a 4-under 206 in the field of 78 … For the year, had the school best and personal career average low of 73.28 with 2 top 5 finishes … Had a chance to get the win on her home course at The University Club in the LSU Tiger Golf Classic, posting a 54-hole total of 3-under 213 (72-72-69), but lost on the first hole of sudden death … Had 14th place finishes in the SMU/DAC Invitational (+6, 150) and SEC Women’s Golf Championship (+8, 224) … 14 rounds of par or under … 10 career top 10 finishes, 8 in the top five … Career low 54 hole total of 206 and lowest LSU single round of 66 … Over the summer, represented Sweden in the European Women’s Team Amateur competition, winning three singles matches as her country finished sixth in the 20-team event.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2012-13)
Sagstrom followed up her freshman season with an almost identical season in which she earned first team All-Louisiana and All-SEC honors … Sagstrom average 73.59 for 29 rounds, just .03 up over her freshman average of 73.56 for 34 rounds … Had four top five finishes … Had back-to-back runnerup finishes in the spring, taking solo second at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate with an even par score of 213 (71-67-75) and then tying for second at LSU’s own Tiger Golf Classic with +5 221 (78-68-75) … Also finished seventh at the fall Lady Tar Heel with 2-over 218 (74-72-72) and fifth at The Alamo Invitational at 3-under 213 (73-72-68) … In two years had 26 rounds of par or under, including a 67, two 68s and a 69 this past year … Was a member of the Swedish team in the European Women’s Amateur Team Championship this summer, finishing in eighth place.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2011-12)
Played in all 34 rounds, averaging a strong 73.6 for the season (third on the team) … Four top 10s, three top 5s – tied for fifth at Tar Heel Invitational at 7-under 209 (68-70-71), third at the LSU Tiger Golf Classic (even par 216 – 71-71-74) and fourth in her first SEC Women’s Championships at 7-over 223 (72-73-78) … Also tied for eighth in getting LSU to the national championships at the NCAA Regional (+1, 76-70-71) … Helped LSU to a third place team and had three strong rounds in the event of 70-72-74 … 14 rounds of par or under.

PRIOR TO LSU
Posted 11 wins with 10 second place finishes and 21 top 10s … Ranked seventh overall in the Swedish Ladies rankings and second on the girl’s rankings list … Voted Athlete of the Year in 2010 at her school … Was first in the 2011 Ladies Team Amateur Championship … 11th in the 2011 French International Lady Junior’s Amateur Championship and in 1999 won the Swedish Junior Championship … High School Coach was Hans Larsson … Wins in 2010 in the Skandia Tour Elit Flickor with an even par 216 and at the Alex Noren Junior Open … Five wins in 2009 and three wins in 2008 including the Skandia Cup National Championship … In 2010 finished second in the Swedish Junior Masters and 17th in the Girls British Open Amateur Championship … Member of the Swedish National team.
