Professional Career (2005-Present)
Member of USA Select Tour team organized through “Bringit Promotions” that traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina, in June 2005 to take on the Argentinean Senior National “B” Team, the Argentina Junior National Team, the Argentina Youth National team and several professional and club programs … Suffered a torn bicep tendon in the fall 2005 and had to undergo surgery … Did not play in competition during rehabilitation … Helped the nationally ranked LSU volleyball team as a student assistant coach in the spring of 2006 while also training with the team … Played in the Adult Nationals in May 2006 … Finished 37th in the Atlanta Open with partner Elina Salomaki as a member of the AVP … Finished seventh in the Women’s Open division in the MotherLode Beach Volleyball Tournament, the most comprehensive beach doubles volleyball tournament in North America, in September 2006 with partner Allie Griffin.
