2026 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
Closed her season at the NCAA East First Round where she qualified for discus throw… finished 12th in discus and 13th in shot put at the SEC Outdoor Championships… opened the year throw the No. 8 performance in LSU history of 54.82 meters (179-10) at the LSU Opener to finish fourth… recorded a mark of 15.17 meters (49-9.25) to finish second in shot put at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational, which ranks No. 10 in LSU PL history… also finished second in discus with a throw of 51.93 meters (170-4) at the Hurricane meet… finished first in shot put and third in discus at the Baylor Invitational… took third in shot put and fourth in discus at the LSU Alumni Gold meet - recorded marks of 15.13 meters (49-7.75) and 54.27 meters (178-1) at the meet… finished third in discus with 50.19 meters (164-8) and fourth in shot with 15.12 meters (49-7.25) at the LSU Invitational.
2026 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
Competed in six meets during the indoor season solely in shot put… finished 15th at the SEC Indoor Championships with a mark of 13.98 meters (45-10.5)… threw a PR and No. 9 mark in LSU performance-list history of 15.31m (50-2.75) to open the season and finish first at LSU Purple Tiger… took first at LSU Bayou Bengal with a mark of 15.15m (49-8.5)… finished third at LSU Twilight with a throw of 14.71m (48-3.25).
2025 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Had her best season yet during her sophomore-outdoor campaign… finished 18th overall in discus throw at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 48.62m (159-6)… had her best performance of her collegiate career as she recorded a personal-best mark of 14.93m (48-11.75) in shot put to win at LSU Alumni Gold, which moved her to No. 8 in LSU performance-list history for the event… also finished fifth at the meet in discus throw… threw a PR of 49.85m (163-6) to finish fifth in discus at the Battle at the Beach… also, finished second in shot put at the same meet… opened the season taking second in shot put and discus throw with marks of 14.31m (46-11.5) and 47.68m (156-5) at the Lurline Hamilton Invitational.
2025 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in four meets during her sophomore indoor season… recorded an indoor personal-best throw of 14.54 meters (47-8.5) in shot put to finish second at the LSU Twilight… opened the season winning in shot put at the LSU Purple Tiger with a throw of 14.25m (46-9).
2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in six meets for the Tigers during her first outdoor season… reached a personal-best mark of 45.60 meters (149’ 7”) in her discus-throw competition to finish seventh at the LSU Invitational… threw a PR of 43.18 meters (141’ 8”) in hammer throw to place 10th at the Cameron Burrell Alumni Invitational… finished sixth in shot put at the Keyth Talley Invitational with a toss of 13.00 meters (42’ 8”).
2024 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in five meets for the Tigers during her first indoor season… threw a personal-best distance of 14.14 meters (46’ 4.75”) in weight throw to place seventh on LSU Twilight… reached a PR of 13.43 meters (44’ 0.75”) to place 24th at the Razorback Invitational.
PRIOR TO LSU – Zachary HS
Langley was one of the top throwers in Louisiana for multiple events throughout her high school career… LSWA All-State Track & Field Team member for shot put and discus… her senior season, Langley took silver in discus and bronze in shot put at the LHSAA State Outdoor Championships… reached a personal-best distance of 13.20 meters (43’ 4”) in shot put at the 5A Regional meet in 2023… set a discus PR of 43.56 meters (142’ 11”) at the Denham Springs Relays in 2023… held a javelin throw PR of 42.41 meters (139’ 2”), which was also set at the Denham Springs Relays her senior year… teammates with fellow LSU teammate Rhen Langley at Zachary HS.

Born on December 11, 2004, in Zachary, LA… daughter of Antina and Vernon Langley… Has one sibling, Vernon… Plans to pursue a degree in kinesiology at LSU.
