Competed at Fork Union Military Academy … he clocked the fastest 300 meter hurdle time in the state of Virginia in the high school ranks with a 38.84 … he racked up 22 points and was on the 4×200 meter relay state title winning team that set the school record and went on to place sixth at the New Balance Indoor Track and Field National Championships in 2018 … he was a member of three state championship teams during his prep days.
