Joined the Tigers after breaking the Louisiana Class 5A state meet record in the 3,200 meters with a gold-medal-winning time of 9:20.50 at the 2014 Louisiana High School Athletics Association Class 5A State Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at LSU’s Bernie Moore Track Stadium … Was back-to-back state Class 5A champion in the 3,200 meters as a junior in 2013 and as a senior in 2014 … Helped lead St. Paul’s School to the 2013 Class 5A state cross country championship in his final cross country season at the high school level … Competed at the New Balance Nationals during his junior season.
