Lined up in the 800 meters at the SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships for the second time in three seasons … Placed 23rd in 800-meter qualifying at the SEC Indoor meet with an indoor seasonal best of 1 minute, 53.20 seconds in the preliminary round … Won the 800-meter title at the LSU High Performance Meet during the indoor season with a run of 1:56.06 … Finished second at the LSU Twilight (1:53.82), third at the Bayou Bengal Invitational (1:54.49) and 18th at the Power Five Conference Clash (1:55.05) while running the 800 meters indoors … Ran the 400-meter leg of LSU’s winning distance medley relay at the Bayou Bengal Invitational where the Tigers ran 10:51.95 … Opened the outdoor season by running a seasonal-best time of 1:52.07 in a fourth-place finish at Miami’s Hurricane Twilight … Followed by finishing 17th at the Battle on the Bayou (1:53.34) and 16th at the LSU Alumni Gold (1:54.01) … Honored for his academic performance as a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll following the season.
