Competed in 11 meets during the 2017 season … Represented the Tigers in the pole vault at the SEC Outdoor Championships for the second-straight season … Won the bronze medal with a third-place finish at LSU’s Battle on the Bayou where he cleared 15 feet, 9 3/4 inches for third place … Cleared 15-7 3/4 in back-to-back meets to finish 10th at the LSU Aumni Gold and eighth at the SEC Relays … Opened the outdoor season by clearing 15-5 1/2 for fourth place at the Louisiana Classics … Also vaulted at the Mt. SAC Relays and Beach Invitational on LSU’s Spring Break trip during the outdoor season … Jumped an indoor seasonal best of 15-5 for ninth place at the Commodore Invitational … Opened the season with a vault of 15-0 1/4 for fifth place at the Purple Tiger Invitational … Appeared at the Auburn Indoor Invitational and Razorback Invitational during the indoor season.
2016
Set personal bests in the pole vault during both the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2016 … Cleared his lifetime best of 16 feet, 6 inches in a runner-up finish at the LSU High Performance Meet during the indoor season … Followed by clearing 16-4 3/4 to tie for 11th place in his debut appearance at the SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships … Cleared 16 feet for the first time on the season at the Bayou Bengal Invitational where he went over the bar at 16-0 for fourth place … Jumped 16-0 1/2 for fifth place at the LSU Twilight … Also vaulted indoors at the Purple Tiger Invitational (15-5 3/4), Power Five Conference Clash (15-9), Razorback Invitational (NH) and New Mexico Collegiate Classic (15-5 3/4) … Debuted at the SEC Championships during the outdoor season … Won the B section of the pole vault at the Texas Relays with a clearance of 15-7 1/4 … Followed by jumping an outdoor PR of 15-10 to tie for 12th place at the LSU Alumni Gold … Placed sixth at the LSU Invitational (15-9 1/4) and eighth at the Battle on the Bayou (15-2 1/4) during the outdoor season … Did not clear a height in his outdoor debut at Miami’s Hurricane Twilight.
2015
Competed in 10 meets during his redshirt freshman season with the Tigers … Opened his season by clearing a lifetime personal best of 16-1 ¼ in a third-place finish in the pole vault at the LSU Indoor Invitational … Also earned a third-place finish in the event at the LSU Twilight with a clearance of 15-10 in his indoor season finale … Cleared 15-7 ¾ for fifth place at the LSU High Performance Meet and 15-1 to tie for seventh place at the Auburn Indoor Invitational … Also competed in the pole vault at Kentucky’s Rod McCravy Memorial and Arkansas’ Razorback Invitational during the indoor season … Followed outdoors by clearing an outdoor PR of 15-7 ¼ to tie for eighth place in the pole vault at the LSU Alumni Gold … Opened his outdoor season by taking fifth place at the Louisiana Classics with a mark of 15-1 ¾ … Ended his season by clearing 15-3 ½ for sixth place at the LSU Invitational to cap his outdoor season.
