Enjoyed her most successful season with the Lady Tigers as a junior in 2011 … Opened the campaign by setting a new personal record in the 20-pound weight throw with a mark of 53 feet, 9 ¾ inches in a sixth-place finish at the Purple Tiger Invitational … Eclipsed her previous PR in the event in each of four appearances during the 2011 indoor season, including the Texas A&M Dual Meet (53-7 ½), LSU Twilight (52-11 ½) and Tyson Invitational (51-10) … Competed outdoors in the discus and hammer throws … Shattered her previous hammer throw PR by more than seven feet after posting a top mark of 148-5 in a 12th-place finish at the LSU Tiger Relays … Cracked the Top 10 of LSU’s all-time outdoor performance list in the event with the No. 10-ranked performance in school history … Also eclipsed her previous PR at the LSU Invitational with a mark of 143-4 to take eighth place … Set a seasonal best of 137-2 for the discus in an eighth-place finish in her outdoor opener at the Louisiana Classics … Named a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll for the third time in her career following the season.
