Finished her brief two-year LSU career as an elite multi-event athlete … Won her first career SEC title and All-SEC honor at the SEC Indoor Championships in 2007 as she took top honors in the pentathlon … Ranks sixth in the pentathlon on the school’s all-time indoor performance list with a career best total of 3,896 points … Was a two-time participant in the high jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … Best finish at the national meet was 13th place during her senior season in 2007 … Helped lead the Lady Tigers to their first SEC Outdoor crown since 1996 with a fifth-place finish in the heptathlon and seventh-place finish in the high jump … Also helped lead the Lady Tigers to a pair of NCAA Mideast Regional titles during her career … Finished third in the high jump in 2006 and fourth in the event in 2007 … Wrapped up her Lady Tiger career ranked sixth indoors and tied for seventh outdoors in the high jump on the school’s all-time performance list.

Developed into a standout multi-event athlete as a senior in 2007 after concentrating on the high jump in her first season with the Lady Tigers a year ago … Became the second Lady Tiger in a row and the fifth overall to win the SEC crown in the women’s pentathlon as she scored 3,896 points at the SEC Indoor Championships in February … Helped lead the team to a third-place finish in the team standings … Dominated the competition at the indoor conference meet by setting new indoor personal best marks in the 60-meter hurdles (8.67), 800 meters (2:38.32), long jump (19-7 ½) and shot put (34-0) … Scored an NCAA provisional qualifying total of 3,705 points to win the pentathlon title at the LSU Combined Events on January 25 … Contributed to the Lady Tigers’ winning effort at the SEC Outdoor Championships in May by finishing fifth in the heptathlon with 5,034 points … Also competed in the high jump during the 2007 season … Made her second straight appearance at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the event … Finished 13th at the national meet with a clearance of 5-9 ¾ … Earned her trip to Sacramento with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (5-9 ¼) … Recorded her best mark as a Lady Tiger with a clearance of 5-10 ½ to take sixth place in the high jump at the Penn Relays … This mark moved her into a tie for seventh place on the school’s all-time outdoor performance list … Tied for seventh place in the event at the SEC Outdoor Championships … Also placed sixth in the high jump at the SEC Indoor Championships.

Competed in the high jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in her first season with the Lady Tigers, finishing the meet in 24th place … Punched her ticket to Sacramento by tying for third place at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a leap of 5-9 ¼ … Earned four first place finishes in the event during the 2006 season … Finished first at the Purple Tiger Invitational (5-5 ¾) and LSU Twilight (5-7 ¾) during the indoor season … Posted first-place showings at the LSU Tiger Relays (5-8 ¾) and Tiger Classic (5-5 ¼) during the outdoor season … During the indoor campaign, finished in a tie for fifth place at the SEC Championships with a height of 5-7 … Also earned a second-place finish at the LSU Invitational with a leap of 5-7 ¼ … Competed in the event at the SEC Championships during the outdoor campaign, finishing the meet in sixth place with a height of 5-8 ¾.

PRIOR TO LSU
Attended Barton County Community College for two seasons … Won the 2005 NJCAA Indoor national title in the pentathlon … Also won the Region VI high jump title that year … Won the NJCAA national title in the high jump in 2004 … Set the junior college record in the event, clearing 6-1 … Finished second in the hurdles and ran on the winning 4×100-meter relay team as a freshman.
