One of the Tigers’ top hurdlers in 2006 … Took first place in the 110-meter hurdles at the LSU Tiger Relays during the outdoor season with a wind-aided time of 14.21 … Clocked a top wind-aided time of 14.09 at the Tiger Classic to finish the meet in second place … Also took second place at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 14.19 … Was an NCAA Mideast Regional participant after clocking a regional qualifying time of 14.16 at the Texas Relays … Earned a 19th-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional … Competed in both the 55-meter hurdles and 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season … Clocked a PR of 7.95 in the 60-meter hurdles to take first place at the LSU Invitational … Posted a second-place finish in the event at the LSU Twilight with a time of 7.99 … Earned a spot in the finals of the 55-meter hurdles at the SEC Indoor Championships by finishing in seventh in his preliminary heat … Finished in ninth place in the 55-meter hurdles at the SEC Championships.

Had a solid freshman campaign, qualifying for the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships in the 110-meter hurdles … Turned in a seasonal-best wind-aided time of 14.13 to win the Bulldog Invitational … Broke the 14-second barrier in winning the LSU Alumni Gold (13.91), however the wind reading was determined to be over the NCAA allowable limits … Top wind-legal time was a 14.17 effort at the Sun Angel Classic … Ran the 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season … Turned in his best performance of the year at the SEC Championships, clocking 8.00 to place 10th overall … Time tied as the fifth-fastest in school history.
