Ran the 800 meters and the mile during the indoor season … Posted a top 800 meter time of 1:58.94 at the LSU Twilight … Clocked a season-best 4:13.77 in the mile at the Armory Invitational … During the outdoor campaign, ran the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters … Posted a personal best of 1:55:55 in the 800 meters at the Gatorade Classic … Top time in the 1,500 meters came at the LSU Alumni Gold (3:55.16).

2003
Ran the mile during the indoor season, posting a season-best effort of 4:12.44 at the SEC Championships … Clocked 4:14.80 at the Armory Invitational … Ran the 800 and the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … Top 800-meter time of 2:00.03 came at the LSU Tiger Relays, while his season-best mark of 3:54.72 in the 1,500 came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.

2002
Posted LSU’s third-best mile time, clocking 4:16.48 at the Armory Invitational in New York … Ran the mile in 4:19.82 at the SEC Indoor Championships … Ran a season-best time of 3:59.50 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Earned three letters in track and four in cross country for coaches Claney Duplechin and Butch Helveston at Episcopal High School … Was the state champion in the 800 meters in both 2000 and 2001 … Named an all-parish selection in the 800 meters each of his last two seasons … Helped his 4×800-meter relay team to the state championship in 2001 and the runner-up spot in 2000 … Member of the Louisiana state champion 4×400-meter relay team in 1999 … A three-time all-state performer in cross country, finishing fourth at the state meet in 1998, second in 1999 and third in 2000.
