Had one of the greatest sprint seasons in collegiate history, closing the year named USTFCCCA South Central Region Men’s Runner of the Year with three First Team All-American nods, an NCAA title, and an All-SEC nod… sent waves around the world when he clocked a collegiate-record time of 19.63 seconds to win the NCAA Outdoor Championship 200-Meter title… the time of 19.63 seconds is an LSU record, Caymanian national record, No. 12 in world history and a 2026 world lead… it topped a 19-year-old collegiate record of Olympian Walter Dix (19.69) that was considered unbreakable and was the first time Reid had gone sub-20 seconds in the event wind-legally… Reid also clocked 9.82w to finish with silver in the NCAA 100-meter final, which is the second-fastest wind-aided time in LSU history… Reid clocked a personal-best time of 9.95 seconds in the NCAA Championship prelims, which moved him to No. 3 in LSU history, tied for the Cayman-national record, and tied for No. 14 in the world for 2026 at the time of running it… his combined championship day for the 100m and 200m of 29.45 (9.82w+19.63) is the second-fastest-single day in collegiate history behind Andre de Grasse’s 29.33 (9.75w+19.58w)… Reid also helped the LSU men’s 4x100-meter relay to silver with the No. 2 time in LSU history of 38.06 seconds, which ranks No. 10 in collegiate history… in total, Reid scored 20 points (10-200m, 8-100m, 2-4x100) of LSU’s 42 total that gave them a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… at the SEC Outdoor Championships, Reid helped the men’s 4x100 to silver with their time of 38.35 seconds… he finished fifth in the 200m with 20.29 and seventh in the 100m at 10.14 at the SEC meet… finished first at the LSU Invitational in the 100m with 10.05 and took second in the 4x100 at 39.05… took the LSU Alumni Gold win in the 200m with a time of 20.31… won the 100m and 4x100 at the LSU Battle on the Bayou, while taking second in the 200m… won the 100m at the Hurricane Invitational with 10.10… opened his season with a 4x100 win and a silver finish in the 4x400-meter relay… The Bowerman Award Semifinalist… LSWA Men’s Track Athlete of the Year… USTFCCCA South Central Region Men’s Runner of the Year… NCAA Champion (200m)… 3x USTFCCCA First Team All-American (100m, 200m, 4x100)… Second Team All-SEC.

Competed in one meet during the indoor season… took second in the 60 meter with a personal-best time of 6.70 seconds at the LSU Purple Tiger.
PRIOR TO LSU – Jamaica College
Ran a personal best and Caymanian junior record 10.24 in the Class 1 Boys 100m semis at the ISSA Grace Kennedy Boys and Girls Championships in March 2023… he then took bronze in the final with 10.26… a week later, Reid also reached the Under-20 Boys 100m final at the 50th Carifta Games in Nassau, running 10.63 for sixth… Reid has a 200m personal best of 20.91 done at the Corporate Area Development Meet at the national Stadium in Kingston (2022)… he competed in the event at the World Under-20 Championships in Cali, running 21.53 for sixth in his heat… he was also a member of the Jamaica College quartet that produced 40.97 to win the Championship of America 4x100m at the 2023 Penn Relays.
