SOPHOMORE SEASON (2018-19)
Started off season with a second place finish in the 200-Yard Breaststroke against Navy and UCONN with a time of 2:02.61 … Won the 100-Yard Breaststroke on Day Two of same meet with a time of 56.52 … Took the bronze against Florida in the 200-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:02.36 … Won the 100-Yard Breaststroke against SMU and Loyola with a time of 56.45 … Followed that performance up with a victory in the 200-Yard IM with a time of 1:51.71… Finished second in the 100-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 56.19 and the 200-Yard IM with a time 1:52.39 against Texas A&M … At the 2019 SEC Championships, finished in 24th place in the 100-Yard Backstroke with a time of 54.07 … Touched the wall in 1:56.68 to finish in 13th place in the 200-Yard Backstroke.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2017-18)
Won both the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke in his first collegiate meet against Loyola … Swam the second leg of the winning men’s 200-yard medley relay against Pittsburgh and Virginia … Also finished second in the 100 breast … Picked up two more wins at SMU, winning the 200 breast and 400 individual medley while also finishing second in the 100 breast … Set a personal best in his 400 IM victory … Had a stellar Art Adamson Invitational, reaching three finals … Reached the ‘A’ Finals in both the 200 and 100 breast, finishing sixth and seventh overall, respectively … Also reached the B Final of the 200 IM and finished 13th overall … Earned another silver medal in the 200 breast at Georgia … Claimed second in the 200 IM in the final home meet of the season against Texas A&M … Set a new personal-best in the 200 IM while finishing 34th overall at the SEC Championships … Set another personal best in the 200 breast and went on to finish second in the ‘C’ Final … Named to First Year SEC Academic Honor Roll.
