Against UCONN and Navy, finished in fifth place in the 200-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:07.72 and sixth place in the 100-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 57.95 … Two seventh place finishes against Florida in the 100 and 200-Yard Breaststroke with times of 58.39 and 2:10.72 … Two sixth place finishes against Kentucky in the 100 and 200-Yard Breaststroke with times of 58.44 and 2:08.48 … Had two sixth place finishes in the 50-Yard Freestyle and 100-Yard Breaststroke as well as a ninth place finish in the 200-Yard Breaststroke against Loyola and SMU … Finished 16th in the 100-Yard Breaststroke at the Art Adamson Invitational with a time of 56.99 … Claimed the silver in the 100-Yard Breaststroke against Incarnate Word and Delta State with a time of 55.88 … Two fifth place finishes against Texas A&M in the 100 and 200-Yard Breaststroke with times of 57.71 and 2:06.56.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2017-18)
Opened the season with a third place finish in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.06 against Loyola … Followed up with fifth place finishes against SMU in both the 50-yard freestyle and 100 yard backstroke, posting times of 21.96 and 58.92 respectively … … Won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.16 at the Texas A&M Last Chance Meet … Also, had personal-best times in both the 100-yard and 200-yard breast strokes with times of 56.26 and 2:01.74 respectively at the Last Chance Meet.
PRIOR TO LSU
Swam for Tempe Preparatory Academy and Scottsdale Aquatic Club … Finished seventh in 100m breast and 10th in the 100m free at the AIA Division II State Championships … Came in seventh in both the 100 breast and 50 free, as well as sixth in the 200 free relay as a junior … Won state championships in 50 free, 100 breast, 200 free relay, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay, and 400 medley relay as a senior … Holds AIA Division III Records in 200 free relay, 400 medley relay, 200 medley relay, 50 free, and 100 breast … Named the Tempe Prep Most Valuable Swimmer in 2014 and 2016 … Inducted into the Tempe Prep Hall of Fame in 2017 … Won the 100 breast with a time of 56.84 at the 2017 AZ Short Course Senior State Championships with the Scottsdale Aquatic Club … Earned numerous academic honors as well … Recognized as a 2017 National Merit Commended Scholar … Won Hugh O’Brien Leadership Award in 2015.
