SENIOR SEASON (2018-19)
Started the year off with an eighth place finish against UCONN and Navy in the 200-Yard Backstroke with a time of 2:11.74 … Finished in fourth place against Florida in the 400-Yard IM with a time of 4:17.44 … Two eighth place finishes against Loyola and Incarnate Word in the 100-Yard Breaststroke and the 200-Yard Breaststroke with times of 59.00 and 2:12.84 … Took the top spot against Incarnate Word and Delta State in the 100-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 55.31.
JUNIOR SEASON (2017-18)
Earned Google Cloud Academic All-America Third-Team Honors … Named an Astronaut Scholar by the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) … Scholarship comes with up to $10,000 award and invitation to Innovators Gala … Accumulated $3500 in scholarships from the LSU College of Engineering, winning both the Chevron Leadership Academy Scholarship and the Joe and Kim Reid Scholarship … Also had the best season of his collegiate career in the pool … Started the season with a second-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke against Loyola … Touched the wall ninth overall in the 400 individual medley against Pittsburgh and Virginia … Earned a fifth-place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle at SMU … Made two finals at the Art Adamson Invitational in the 400 IM and 200 breast, finishing 24th and 28th overall, respectively … Finished fifth overall in the 200 breast at Georgia … Touched the wall seventh overall in both the 100 and 200 breast in the final home meet of the season against Texas A&M … Ended the season with personal-best times in both the 100 and 200 breast at the SEC Championships … Named to SEC Academic Honor Roll.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2016-17)
Tied for first in the 100 breast and took second overall in the 200 breast in the meet against Loyola … Against Auburn, tallied sixth overall in the 1000 free and eighth place in the 200 IM … Garnered first place in the ‘C’ final of the 200 breast at the Art Adamson Invite … Also took 20th overall in the 100 breast and 22nd overall in the 200 IM at Art Adamson … Picked up a third-place finish in the 400 IM and also tallied eighth overall in the 100 breast against Alabama … Took sixth overall in the 100 breast and seventh in the 200 breast against Texas A&M.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2015-16)
Competed at SEC Championships for the Tigers in his first season … Finished 33rd in the 100 breast, 37th in the 400 IM and 38th in the 200 breast … Touched the wall sixth in the 400 IM against Texas A&M … Earned seventh-place finishes in the breast events against Missouri … Finished fifth in the 200 IM and sixth in the 100 breast in the Tigers’ win over SMU … Finished 34th in the 200 breast at the Texas A&M Invite … Named to the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.
