SENIOR SEASON (2015-16)
Competed individually in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly at the 2016 NCAA Championships … Set the school record in the 100 free during prelims of the event at SEC Championships … Finished eighth in the championship final of the 100 free and third in the ‘B’ final of the 50 free at SEC’s … A part of the 200-medley and 400-medley relay teams that set the school record at SEC Championships … Swam the ninth-fastest 50 free time at the conference meet … Touched the wall first in the 50 free and second in the 100 free against Missouri … Secured the win in the 100 free and finished second in the 50 free against Texas A&M … Earned a win in the 100 free against Kentucky and Virginia Tech … Finished first in the 50 free and second in the 100 fly at the Texas A&M Invite … Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll … Earned his fourth varsity letter.

JUNIOR SEASON (2014-15)
Made his second straight NCAA Championship appearance … Swam the second leg of the 800 free relay that set the school record … Closed out the 400-medley relay that secured the school record at the SEC Championships … Improved from the ‘C’ final of the 100 fly his sophomore season to the championship final at the SEC’s … Finished sixth in the championship final of the 100 fly … Reached the championship final of the 100 fly with the fourth-fastest time in school history during prelims … Also set the fourth-fastest 100 free time in school history during prelims to qualify for the ‘B’ final … A part of the 200 free relay team that finished second at the Texas A&M Invite … Touched the wall sixth in the championship finals of the 100 fly and 100 free … Finished fifth in the 100 free against Alabama and Auburn … Tallied a second place finish in the 100 free and third place finish in the 200 free against Florida … Took the win in the 100 fly and finished third in the 50 free against Incarnate Word … Earned the victory in the 100 free and finished third in the 100 fly against SMU … Finished second in the 100 free and third in the 100 fly against Tennessee … Wrapped up the regular season with a third place finish in the 100 free … Earned his third varsity letter.

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2013-14)
One of the top freestylers on the men’s side who was a major contributor to the relays at SEC Championships …Qualified for the NCAA Championships as a relay participant … Swam the leadoff leg of the 400 freestyle relay team and logged the third leg of the 200 freestyle relay at the NCAA’s … Swam the ninth-fastest 100-butterfly time in program history to reach the ‘C’ final at the SEC Championships … Posted a time of 44.53 in the 100 freestyle for a career high and fourth place finish at the Texas A&M Invite … Finished second in the 200 free (1:39.83) and third in the 100 free (45.67) versus Texas A&M … Touched the wall third in the 200 free (1:42.60) during the victory over SMU … Earned his second varsity letter.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2012-13)
Talented sprinter and flyer who has continued his progress in the transition from meter competition to short course yards … Ranked second on the team in the 100 freestyle (44.54) and third on the team in the 100 butterfly (48.71) … Posted his season lows at the SEC Championships … Was the first alternate in the 100 free at SEC’s … Notched his midseason bests in the 100 free with a 10th place finish and in the 50 free with a 13th place finish at the Phil Hansel midseason invitational … Captured the consolation finals of the 200 free (1:40.66) and the 100 butterfly (50.33) at the midseason meet … Took fourth in the 100 free (46.81) in a win over Alabama … Finished in fifth in the 200 free with a time of 1:45.12 in a dual win against SMU … Earned his first varsity letter.

PRIOR TO LSU
International swimmer who brings a wealth of experience form the international circuit to campus … Swam for Sweden in the European Championships … Competed extensively at the Swedish Senior Championships in 2010 and 2011 … Posted his country’s top 200 fly short course meter time at the 2011 Swedish Senior Championship … Earned gold medals at the Swedish Junior Championships in the 100 free and 200 fly … Owns short course meter times with short course yard conversions of 49.52 (44.32) in the 100 free, 1:49.85 (1:38.51) in the 200 free, 53.64 (48.06) in the 100 fly and 1:59.79 (1:47.33) in the 200 fly … Coached by Michael Holmertz.
