SENIOR YEAR (2013-14)
Competed in backstroke and individual medley events during his final season… Posted the team’s third-fastest 400 IM time (3:58.08) to finish 26th at the SEC Championships… At the Texas A&M Invite, posted a best time in the 100 backstroke (50.95), fifth in the ‘C’ final of the 200 backstroke and posted a mark of 4:03.98 to finish 15th in the 400 IM… Touched the wall third in the 1000 freestyle during a win over SMU with a mark of 9:38.32… Notched the third-fastest LSU 500 freestyle time (4:39.16) in a dual meet win over Texas A&M… Earned his fourth varsity letter.

JUNIOR SEASON (2012-13)
A strong swimmer who competes in the backstroke and individual medley events… Enjoyed his finest season as he swam his career lows in three events … Posted LSU’s sixth fastest all-time 400 individual medley of 3:55.49 at the SEC Championships … Cranked out a 200 backstroke of 1:48.74 at SEC’s … Touched the wall with a mark of 1:50.58 in the 200 IM at the conference championships … Swam the 400 individual medley with a time of 4:01.37 at the Phil Hansel midseason invitational … Ranked second on the team in the 1000 freestyle after swimming a time of 9:42.13 against Alabama …. Finished fourth in the 200 IM (1:52.63), fifth in the 400 IM (4:01.37) and sixth in the 200 backstroke (1:49.15) at the Phil Hansel Invite … Won the 200 IM (1:52.96) in a dual victory over SMU … Blasted a first place swim in the 400 IM (4:04.81) in a victory over Kentucky … Registered a fourth place finish in the 400 IM (4:02.82) against Texas A&M … Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll … Earned his third varsity letter.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011-12)
Added depth to a variety of areas, which allowed the coaches to create optimal lineups … Posted the team’s best 400 IM (3:57.90) and third best 1000 freestyle (9:32.63) this season … Competed at the SEC Championships, the Tennessee Invitational and every dual meet … Finished his 400 IM run in 18th place with a mark of 3:57.90 at the conference meet, which placed him in ninth in the program annals … Took 22nd in the 200 backstroke with a career low time of 1:49.86 at the SEC Championships … Registered a season low in the 500 free (4:35.24) at SEC’s … Finished fourth in the 1000 free (9:35.95) and scored two valuable points in a two point victory over Alabama … Swam his season low 1000 free mark (9:32.63) against Auburn … Earned his second varsity letter.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2010-11)
Freestyle, backstroke and individual medley contributor in his first collegiate season … Ranked third on the team in the 400 IM and 500 free … Competed in every dual meet, Cougar Classic Invitational and SEC Championships as an exhibition swimmer … Recorded season bests of 1:50.06, 4:33.56 and 3:59.54 in the 200 back, 500 free and 400 IM, respectively, at SEC’s … Captured runner-up honors in the 200 back at the Cougar Classic, finished third in the 400 IM and earned fourth in the 500 free … Won the 1000 free in a home victory over Incarnate Word (9:38.36) and took third in the 400 IM … Posted a third-place finish in the 500 free at Texas A&M … Received his first varsity letter.

PRIOR TO LSU
A versatile swimmer who swam to six Kentucky state championships … Also served as the captain of his swim team … Holds top times of 1:50.73 in the 200 individual medley, 1:50.97 in the 200 back, 1:51.46 in the 200 fly, 3:58.65 in the 400 IM and 51.04 in the 100 back.
