SENIOR SEASON (2001-02)
Participated at the NCAA Championships for the third time in his career, placing 17th in the preliminaries of the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 54.61, missing the cut for the finals by one spot … Finished 13th in the 100 breaststroke at the SEC Championships with a time of 55.61 … Placed 16th in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:14.20 at the SEC’s … Swam the prelims in that event in a time of 2:04.00, which was the team’s best time in that event all season … Had a season and career-best time in the 100 breaststroke (54.43) at the Texas Invitational on March 1 in Austin, Texas … That mark in the 100 breaststroke is also the fifth-best time in school history … Participated in every meet of the season for the Tigers … Earned his fourth varsity letter.
JUNIOR SEASON (2000-01)
Received NCAA Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 200-yard medley relay competition … Member of the 200 medley relay team that finished in 14th place at the NCAA Championships … Competed at the SEC Championships in the 200 individual medley, the 100-yard breaststroke competition and the medley relay events … Recorded top-five times in LSU’s history in both the 50- and 100-yard breaststroke … Earned the Tigers’ fastest times of the season in the 100 breaststroke and the 200 IM … Recorded the team’s second-fastest time of the season in the 200 breaststroke … Earned his third varsity letter.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (1999-00)
Competed at the SEC Championships in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke events as well as the 200 individual medley … Finished 11th in the 100 breaststroke, 17th in the 200 breaststroke and 19th in the 200 individual medley … Recorded the Tigers’ fastest times in four events including the 50, 100 (55.96), and 200 (2:04.55) breaststroke competitions, as well as the 200 individual medley … Helped set LSU’s school record of 1:28.18 in the 200 medley relay competition at the Texas A&M Aggie Invitational … Member of the Tigers’ 400-yard medley relay team which recorded the best time of the season with a 3:15.60 … Earned his second varsity letter.
FRESHMAN SEASON (1998-99)
Placed fifth at the SEC Championships in the 100 breaststroke and third in the 200 breaststroke … First on the team in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke events… Made LSU’s all-time top five list in the 100 breaststroke … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100 breaststroke as well as the 200 and 400 medley relays, which broke the LSU school record … Earned his first varsity letter.

Member of the Canadian National team … Placed second in the 100-meter breaststroke at the Canadian National Championships in 1998 … Member of the Junior National team for three years … Ranked 46th in the world in the 100-meter breaststroke event.
